The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They take social distancing seriously and care 100% about the safety of the staff and patients. Selection is top notch. Ray is the best guy around. This is the best medical dispensary in IL

The bud tenders here are awesome! Unfortunately Verilife has a no tipping policy. Most other dispensary’s in Illinois allow their bud tenders to take tips! These people need to be rewarded for the great work they do! Come on Verilife! Let your people take tips!

worst dispensary I have ever ever been to they can't get a pre order EVER. I have never had a good experience. the staff is always rude to you and when they messed up my pre order that my care giver picked up they tried to blame it on us. when they are the ones who picked the wrong items for my order. my caregiver didn't know what I had ordered as I had just asked him to pick it up for me on his way home. not only was it made out like it was our fault I ended up losing $300 because obviously they can't refund it due to the laws. however they could have gave me some kind of credit for their mistake.

Everyone is very friendly and place is clean and Location is convenient for where I live. But they have no product, poor selection of flower if any at times and products seem to be getting less and less available every time I look on menu. Switched from another dispensary because of location but really thinking about going back.

Management needs to be fired.

Quality gets two of five stars because their website is the most dysfunctional in the state. There is no excuse why it takes 9 clicks to reroute yourself in a loop to see a product menu. If that didn't suck enough, once you're finally on the menu you're looking for in your state you need to scroll down to find medical or recreational, there aren't any product pictures. Until this is fixed I won't be wasting my time or giving them my money.

Everyone is super friendly and I feel like a valued customer- I don’t like the new Covid procedures at all as I feel like behind the plexi glass is enough and the step back and forth is weird and not helpful

There is a lot of anxiety I have around social situations, especially stores, but the entire staff of Verilife at the Arlington Heights location is kind, welcoming, and caring. Every experience I’ve had with this store has been extremely positive. I believe every associate at this location has a big heart, that is beating to help others in need. Every time I leave, I leave with a better understanding of marijuana and how the product I purchased would benefit me. Today, Sunday, June 28th, every worker there was so kind and welcoming. There were two women in particular working the dispensary counter who helped me figure out the best dosage for me and the best ways to incorporate it into my daily routine. This location is amazing, and today in particular I was so happy with my experience. Thank you Verilife Arlington Heights for making me feel so welcome and like a part of your dispensary’s family! 🤗

What I love about this location is the staff they are super friendly know you by name they are very informative willing to help and guide you. Very professional.

I switched because they could not get their prices updated constantly, also leaving certain strains off the menu. I would have to ask if they had anything not on the menu the answer was always yes. Why post prices if they are incorrect some people travel far glad I changed

I can walk to this place in 5 minutes from where I grew up in the 80's dreaming of legalized weed. I don't care if they have three headed, gorgons tending bud (which they most certainly do NOT) I'm still going there. Is their selection the best? not always. Is it crowded sometimes? Yes. They move the lines along wonderfully tho. Is it expensive? yes. Guess what? Don't care. They are nice, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And again....It's legal weed people. I'm not sitting in my car waiting for my Brick phone to ring so I can buy brown ditch weed that smells like urine from a guy in a Low Rider. So........

Our 1hour drive was well worth it! Highest thc, awesome atmosphere with really nice people and nobody standing outside hassling people. Closest experience to Colorado I've found yet. This should be the current model of how it's supposed to work. Thank you Verilife Arlington Heights! For any towns concerned over the perception, please check this place out. You should be so lucky to have an establishment this nice! I really can't say enough just how much nicer this place is than most of the rest. Cheers!

Ordered a G of BUDS and received nothing but shake

THIS IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE DISPENSARY IN ILLINOIS!!! THEY OFFER A SWEET 15% DISCOUNT IF YOU GO AT CERTAIN TIMES. That 15% discount is REALLY NICE if you are spending a good amount (which you likely are). The staff is very nice and professional. The location is AWESOME and they offer all types of free amenities (coffee, apple cider, other beverages, snacks, etc.) so you are taken care of if you ever have to wait. I had to switch dispensaries because they stopped carrying the type of cannabis product I use. After going to different dispensaries, I just miss this one more and more. It’s simply WAY BETTER than most other dispensaries in every category (staff, product, price, customer appreciation, etc.). I feel good spending my money here because they treat their customers great and are actually grateful that you are shopping there. In contrast, I cannot say that about Windy City Cannabis or PDI. This place is WAY BETTER than both. MedMen (Oak Lawn) is a solid backup option if this place does not have your desired cannabis product. GREAT NEWS, this dispensary started carrying the cannabis product I was looking for again. SO I AM LITERALLY SWITCHING BACK AS THIS IS WRITTEN. SEE YOU SOON!
