Verilife - Arlington Heights (Medical)

Sometimes the prices on the menu doesn’t match the actual price so you ended up paying more, menu needs to be updated often, sales persons need to be more professional too many chatting between the co-workers while they servings you

Nice, warm knowledgeable staff who will consult you on your first visit for as long as you need (and provide you with a notebook & pen!). They even have little rooms where you can consult privately with table and chairs. Can order online for quick pickup, During covid-19 they have taken great lengths to keep people separated and "budtenders" (employees) are masked and gloved. Tried another place closer to home and did not like the DMV feel. All in all, Verilife in Arlington Heights is very comfortable, friendly and employees will go out of their way to help you, even during this covid-19 pandemic. Thanks guys!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to make suggestions or just talk about random shit with me. Good times are had at this store. :)

Everyone is very friendly and place is clean and Location is convenient for where I live. But they have no product, poor selection of flower if any at times and products seem to be getting less and less available every time I look on menu. Switched from another dispensary because of location but really thinking about going back.

What an amazing atmosphere, and phenomenal staff!

The staff is amazing and extremely knowledgeable, however I had to switch dispensaries as they have no product anymore. Not sure what’s going on, but hope it turns around as I would love to switch back.

Everyone is super friendly and I feel like a valued customer- I don’t like the new Covid procedures at all as I feel like behind the plexi glass is enough and the step back and forth is weird and not helpful

I switched because they could not get their prices updated constantly, also leaving certain strains off the menu. I would have to ask if they had anything not on the menu the answer was always yes. Why post prices if they are incorrect some people travel far glad I changed

I like that its quick, easy, and convenient. The staff is professional, and there is always something good available. I am grateful.

Great products and prices but this place does not know how to handle crowds. Other dispensaries have specific windows for pre-order pick ups for medical patients instead of having to wait behind rec/people who are first time users and need a full run through, or those who don’t have a clue what they want. It also doesn’t look good when you don’t have anyone at the front desk, and when they finally come to check you in, they check the five people who walked in after you before you, after you’ve already been waiting. If you come on a slow day- great service. They need to figure out how to handle crowds more efficiently so don’t come on weekends if you have things to do unless you like waiting in unorganized lines.

Quality gets two of five stars because their website is the most dysfunctional in the state. There is no excuse why it takes 9 clicks to reroute yourself in a loop to see a product menu. If that didn't suck enough, once you're finally on the menu you're looking for in your state you need to scroll down to find medical or recreational, there aren't any product pictures. Until this is fixed I won't be wasting my time or giving them my money.

Really nice storefront. Feels like mini Planet 13 LasVegas dispensary. Not so much in and out but kind treatment all around. Love my matter t shirt - and they have selection of 'house' matter brand ganja that is consistently good. love the cat food cans...Each of my visits seemed to come with employee frustration of the computer system here which has created time delays for transactions. suggestions - upgrade system or more training. Some occasional deals on bulk - but still needs work. Other Verilife locations with rec and med seem to have much more options for flower (RV) Despite large signs regarding no rec, folks continue to stream in and ask. happened on each visit. thanks Arlington staff and Verilife. great place
