In addition to being warm and welcoming, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and determined to help me get the products I need. I followed Ray, Marcy, and Harrison from Verilife Evanston to Verilife Arlington Heights because I have consistently found them to be encouraging and eager to help me feel better. It’s a LONG ride from Evanston to Arlington Heights, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. The product quality is excellent and they really try to keep the menu accurate, up to date, and extensive. I have also found their prices to be more reasonable than most of their competitors. Some people have complained that they only sell medical cannabis, not recreational; but that makes it much easier to get the right products for patients like me. Had a bit of misunderstanding the first or second time going due to recent events of rioting but everything was resolved after staff member came over and talked with me. Over all great store, great service, great product & really fast for times I've gone quick in & out. Would consider this dispensary if looking for one.

Very welcoming environment, knowledgable staff, and while the products available are always changing, their menu is consistently updated. I always look forward to my visit there!

Having to switch due my dispensary being closed, I am thrilled with the selection, the ease of parking, and the friendliness of the staff. I felt welcome when I walked in the first time and I have felt just as welcome as I did my normal dispensary.

Always very quick but friendly! Every staff member is willing to go above and beyond! Even on the busiest days I’ve never felt rushed or ignored. The new recreational rollout didn’t change any of the quality care I receive from this dispensary and the new security is friendly which is a make or break.

Love this place it's better than the Verilife N. Aurora one.. love the people there they had left from the North auroras store AND NOW I FOUND THEM ... Love the fact that they have all these pre rolls and sales on Graham's sales on concentrate THE SAILS is so much better 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Now gotta have the bad😔 I have been in there 2 times now yesterday being my 2nt time. I am on disability and I AM A LOUD PERSON I can't help that and I was talking with one of your employees and we was having a great moment with her and the few others that was there till an older black man came up to me and told me that I needed to keep it down and I told him I am a loud person and I can not help that and I asked everyone if I was being to loud and everyone said I did nothing wrong. I looked back at him and he said you need to keep it down or you will have to leave !😮😮😮😮 WTF

They're always welcoming and friendly. And know you by name when you Walk in. It makes you feel @ home. That's the kind of establishment I want to give my money to.
