Everyone is so educated and polite . Super willing to help you and explain to you everything . I was a virgin to Marijuana let alone medical marijuana. Sat me down explained everything to me .

I chose Verilife as my first stop after receiving my MMP card simply because of it’s location being convenient. I am completely new to all the program has to offer, and even though I did plenty of my own research ahead of time, I knew I’d still require quite a bit of assistance during my first visit. From the moment I entered, I felt comfortable and among helpful, friendly people- staff and patients included =) That alone helped ease my anxiety a great deal. I noticed a lot of activity among the staff- constant hustle and movement, working with clients. My wait wasn’t long at all (< 10 mins) when Tom came to get me and lead me back to his desk. He was simply outstanding with me and I can’t say enough about his customer service skills! He is super knowledgeable, professional & friendly. He explained the menu thoroughly, as well as my individual eligibility. He never made me feel rushed during our time and answered all my questions (and there was a lot!) as he helped guide me along to help me put together a small beneficial starter supply of items to begin treatment. I went from feeling inexperienced and intimidated before my visit to feeling surprisingly confident and enthusiastic to begin my new journey just after this one encounter. I’m so happy I chose Verilife for my initial dispensary experience! Thank you so very much for all you do!

Very clean, to the point of clinical. Service was fast ,efficient clinical. Friendly staff to the point of over jolity. Our provider was, I thought, a bit over bearing. He listened but I thought just to be "polite" not to really listen. Very high price. And, they did not carry what I really wanted.... Honestly I wa very dissapointed overall and will not be back

this is by far the best Dispensary. I have been going here since December 2018 and the prices are the best I've seen. the vape cartridges are 450mg thc for $75. when this came out it was $90 and they actually dropped the price to $75. the staff are all friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. do yourself a favor and give this one a try.

Friendly, upbeat atmosphere. Modern decor and complimentary k-coffee was well received. Excellent and efficient service. Highly recommended.

This is the first time here and first time using medical cannibus. VERY difficult to find the place on Old Liverpool Rd, but for anyone else, just turn into Subway parking lot, it's behind Subway. It's walk in service and it goes fast. Once through the paper work, the pharmacist discusses and recommends the products and doses for your particular medical needs, which turned out totally different than we expected. One can use more than one form, I ended up getting a vaporizer for quick results and the drops for a constant longer lasting effect. There's no limit to the quantity, one just uses what you need to do the job; that's good because everyone is different. So I was impressed with Pharmacanna.

Exceptionally friendly service, knowledgeable staff, clean and convenient location, great product! What's not to like? They even offer free K-cup coffee/tea, but I usually end up taking it with me, because the service is so fast there's no time to sit there and drink it. It's located right on a main street but it's easy to drive right past it because there is no clear signage. Look for the Wreck Sub sign and turn in,(which is ironic b/c the store is vacant!) I've been a customer there for two years, and only had one unfortunate experience a few months after I started going there. One of the vape cartridges was bad and would only give off smoke. In order to get a replacement I had to record it malfunctioning, and then show them the video clip. Not your usual return procedure, but apparently it's a NY State law-product can't be consumed on the premises. Even though there was no consumption going on the product was technically "in-use" Anyways-got a replacement and and have not had any problems since. And finally after all this time I had to replace my vape pen. Good news-it now comes in various colors and the price is only $7.00, down from the original $19.99 two years ago. Like I said-what's not to like? :-)

The brand “matter” is the stores personal brand of products. The flower is absolutely horrible. From a long time cannabis user, I can’t believe you guys sell that as medical marijuana. I’ve tried every strain of their whole flower, and have been not only dissapointed but grossed out. The smell and taste of the flower is awful. You can tell this whole operation is being neglected. Now you are trying to push only that brand and won’t carry whole flower from Curaleaf which is consistently great every time. Will be shopping at MedMen from now on. Prices are better too

It is a pleasant environment but the prices are insanity! More brands should be offered at far lower prices. $110 USD for .5 ml cartridge to kill chronic pain and severe depression? Insanity.

Beautiful modern decor, very comfortable waiting area (with free Keurig!). Incredibly accommodating staff from receptionist to consultant to pharmacist. Excellent product, with a straightforward and very fair pricing model. Very happy with my experience here.

I went to PharmaCannis after visiting their competition. The location is off the Thruway and I-81 making it very easy for people coming from out of town. The Staff and dispensary were well kept and friendly. They offer Tincture, Pills and Vape however the strongest ratio they have is a 20:1. I have been a marijuana user for over 20 years and I need the higher THC. There Tincture had nasty after taste, it tasted like I was drinking straight MaryJane. This was also available as Blue and Aqua colors. None of the dispensaries would disclose what strains were used to create the products only that it was either a hybrid, indica or sativa. I would go here if I wanted to use Vape pens but there are dispensers with higher ratios in Syracuse.

The staff are great. Product very nice and helps my pain. I have pain pills but I hardly use them anymore and this is what I wanted, not to have to take pills that are not good for you.

First time at a dispensary. Clean, pleasant staff. Ok prices for ny. Felt very comfortable and welcome. I picked up some vape and sublinguals I’ll be returning for my next refill.

The staff were very helpful and my order was filled quickly with very little wait. The prices at this site were better than I've found at other any other place. Will for sure be back

Everything about the experience was wonderful. I was immediately helped as soon as the door opened. I was explained the new whole flower arrivals and informed of specials they have. I went with the buy two Matter products get one for $1.00. I went with Jack 1 and fruity og. My wife was skeptical seeing little buds but when we smoked some we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the high was. This store has good flower. I’m definitely a returning customer.

I order my flower based on THC mg because I have a high tolerance to THC but very low to my lungs! I ordered PSH, BLD, and GGL by Matter, all which were no less than 17 mg of THC. I ordered almost 1K worth! Once I got home, I realized the THC milligrams for ALL of them are 4.6 mg! I’m pretty disappointed with this as I have issues inhaling the smoke. Now, I’ll have to inhale more smoke so that I can achieve my mental height! I am a retired vet with CPTSD and this really helps me! Once I smoke it, I’ll let you know what’s up. I think their systems are misleading, close to false advertisement. I wouldn’t have selected that brand if the information was accurate on the website. Other than that, they are super amazing! Always in the best moods with excellent customer service! Just pay close attention to what you’re ordering compared to what you’re getting.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. Pre ordering is a good way to decrease the time it takes. (Not that it's ever taken more than 20 minutes anyways.)

Staff is great in every way. Even when they have to defend the product. I've been a user for years, of medical marihuana, and understand that NY is in the beginning stages of the business, but, the fact that they tried to up charge a so called "EXTRA STRENGTH STRAIN" is simply dissapointing and caused me not to come to this location again. From $85 to $115.... it is a pretty high surge for "tested extra strenght". Number one, what you get here in those containers is what is called "SHAKE" in states like CO and CA. is the last left from the harvesting of the flower. so it is full of tiny twigs and little stems all over. Price is already high, so to go get my usual 2 $85 strain of "shake" a week for $115 each was very dissapointing. Came in the blue top container one. Compare the quality of the Blue Cap container (branches and overly dry) to the Wooden Cap container (more fresh and not as dusty or powdery). I'm going back to my other Dispensary with much dissapointment but sure that in a few months this whole surcharge and crazy prices this and other locations are doing is going to end once competition starts popping all around NY. if you're new to this and don't mind surcharges for a so called "stronger strain" this is a great, clean place to go to. With excellent staff and great energy.

Prices have now went from 40-50$ for a gram of concentrate. There livwell ounces were at one point 120-150 there now 170 no matter what and 120 a half now wtf!! This move to east Syracuse seemed to just make more over medical users into paying just as much if not more than recreational users. Medical for verilife is trash now !! TJs in Liverpool does better prices than the main suppliers. Even the Curaleaf charges 50 an eighth and TJs does 33$. Make this all make sense to me please
