Of all the dispensaries in this region, I keep coming back to the Liverpool Verilife. Today, Tom took a good deal of his time to sort out my medical renewal, including providing me with a clean laptop and calling Yvonne in Albany, who ultimately untangled the problem. I greatly appreciate this level of competence, professionalism, and kindness from the staff. The products are absolutely the best availabile to New York patients at this time. I am very happy to do business here!
made a pre order to be picked up at 4:00 pm arrived right at 4:00 . was told I needed to wait for 30-45 mins for order. waited till 4:45 still had 7 people ahead of me. told them I could not wait any longer due to pain from standing response was just " ok" . No apology
Verilife is the best dispensary around. The employees are all super nice and very helpful. I have read reviews that were awful. And that’s exactly it, awful. Not sure what dispensary these people went to but I’ve been going there since they opened. They will do everything to inform you about a product, provide guidance on ways to use the products, they know their shit. They have always answered my questions Not once did they ever not be able to answer any questions or concerns about products. It’s a great experience at Verilife. Everyone is always happy and welcoming! I definitely recommend using this dispensary!!
Absolute garbage. The company adulterates the product and then the employees lie about it. At one point they had decarbed the flower and sold it at an incredibly high mark up claiming to have high THC content. The first thing I did when I opened it is had it tested. It had below 3% THC - total. When I called them because they had scammed my elderly mother in law the employee said NYS law requires them to "sanitize" the cannabis. That law never existed. You do not need to "sanitize" something you plan to set in fire. But NYS law does require you to be accurate in dosing. Frankly the faster this place gets shut down the faster people in CNY can get better at home pain relief. Its a good thing I called because if I went in in person I would jave climbed over the desk. If you make your pennies by tricking the sick and elderly you deserve the hottest ring of hell.
The staff are nice, its funny to watch old people get mean over there grandma gummies, I wished they delivered…. Great price if you know how to shop, it’s usually something different on sale each week (edibles, flower, vape)
I’ve been a patient of this dispensary since they opened. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. They worked with me & helped find the product that’s right for me. Online ordering ensures my capsules are ready for pickup when I get there.
I've been to ALL the medical dispensaries in the Syracuse area including the new non- medical ones & Verilife has them ALL beat hands down! Even though some products are the same, their attention to me & my family when we come in is priceless! They even kept my 4yo nephew company while I cashed out which was SO nice. They seem to REALLY care about their consumers & don't even mind dispensing education along with the products.

Verilife does not care at all about their medical patients. I was there today and they had 2 registers open for adult use and only one open for medical use. There were 3 people in the medical line and 3 in the adult use and they helped them and 3 other customers as we just waited. I’m there because I’m in pain and I’m waiting longer than the people who are there that are young and healthy. I asked about this issue and was told that that’s been brought up before and management doesn’t care. This has happened before to me there but it won’t happen again. Very frustrating!!
