Verilife - North Aurora (Medical)

This location had already suffered a general decline with the introduction of recreational cannabis. Terribly conceived layout, and in light of the current pandemic, they’ve instituted moronic spacing requirements, including in the tiny medical Cannabis waiting room where potentially immunosuppressed patients are told to remain 6 feet apart. I’d rather wait in the rotunda or outside until you’re actually ready for me. Send a text, person comes in and straight to the counter and completes the transaction. Fucking duh.

Even though I like the staff and product, the wait that medical has seems crazy. Medical should be given priority and maybe earlier hours of beginning at 9am and have recreational wait until 10am or 11am. Could use more flower and better variety. i have been going to a different dispensary recently because they have a better selection of flower.

Checked to see what was available this morning. Absolutely nothing. I guess when you have a total of only 42 products on the menu and nothing was available for pickup in my search you ain’t got shit. And are prices creeping up again? Considering the competition shows over 300 items with over 100 items in my search I Just can’t continue to support this Verilife location anymore. I’ve already transferred to a new dispensary. Let me know if you ever become a real dispensary offering consistent quality products and medically focused service. Bye.

Clean healthy calm environment friendly staff knowledgeable helpful suggestive product sells out fast on certain things which sucks cus I don't make it out there but once a week but it seems to get replenished often all around happy since becoming a patient and choosing here

Long time Patient, first time reviewer. I have been a patient at this location for almost 3 years now, and I just read the reviews today. Most seem accurate and the obvious one where the guy goes on and on and his personal feelings was just completely off. Which leads me to my review. The "racist black guy ", (insert eyeroll) Happens to be the first person I met at this dispensary, he sat me down explained how being a new patient worked, actually he educated me. I had lots of questions and he answered them all, didn't make me feel dumb and saw that I had anxiety over the whole process and he took his time, which I appreciated. There is nothing worse than being new to something and the person in charge of helping you is rushing and has lack of understanding. He isn't that person at all. As a matter of fact when ever I go in he always takes the time to say hi to me, and I love that, there is nothing like feeling welcomed in a place of business . The rest of the staff is great, there have been lots of new people who have come aboard in the last few months and I haven't met one who has been rude to me at all. Everyone greets me by name, (those who have been there long enough) and they even remember what I prefer to order. The place is very clean, love the music selection and they even put out a "Muchie Table" with free drinks and snacks Im talking about Cheetos and cookies ! Another example of thoughtfulness from them. The moral of my review is that you can't please everybody and there is always two points of view, I just hope that you see my review before you see the negative one. The folks here are always helpful and the discount for people on SSDI that they give on purchases is greatly appreciated.

As always, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve never had a negative experience at the North Aurora Verilife. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for “Atmosphere”’is because it’s still a little hectic trying to accommodate all the new recreational users. I’d highly recommend this facility to anyone who asks.

It takes a long time to get waited on. I’m a medical patient and there’s always only one register open so it doesn’t make sense to me that the medical patients that need it for pain management and other things have to wait longer than the recreational use people. Also there’s not a large variety for medical use. I would like to see if we order online we should be able to just go in and pick it up not have to wait 25 minutes while all the recreational users get waited on in and out and I would like to see more products for exampleThe chill pills the pain bomb in the pain pills are rarely in stock. However the staff is absolutely wonderful they’re friendly they’re helpful they are apologetic for having to wait

Great staff. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Tried other dispensaries and it wasn't any comparison. I can't say enough great things. I truly feel cared about.

Very select menu. Not many choices as far as Cartridges and/or anything else for that matter.

I like their flower and vape selection. Service is great. Little to no wait. Parking is accessible. Hours and location are good.

The stock of flower keeps declining and the options they have aren't the best by far. When I first started coming here the stock if flower bud was awesome, but it has declined tremendously and I am highly disappointed and might have to move to another dispensary unless they start upgrading their stock. There staff is super friendly but only a few have expert knowledge of there stock.

I went in to get Blue Dream pre rolls but they didn't have any and Jack Heauer but these items wasn't available but picked up something else hope to get what I need next time.

Comfortable atmosphere. employees are always positive and have great customer service. Discounts for Veterans and a cool rewards program. staff are there to make you feel as welcomed as possible and get you the medicine you need. I would recommend to anyone.
