The only thing I don’t like about this location is The process for medical. It seems that this location focuses more on the recreational customers than the medical patients. I believe people with cancer shouldn’t have to wait well recreational customers are serviced first. They only have 1 register for medical and at least 3 to 4 for recreation. Medical Should Come First!!
I waited over 2 hours for my medical, which I preordered. Medical should have priority with our severe medical conditions to wait. Since you added recreational, you also do not have the variety that you had before.no where on the website says the wait for medical....just recreational. When I asked someone at your facility why, they said “ sir you must understand we are just the supplier “.this is just an excuse. I need this medical... I picked this facility because it’s close to my house and in the beginning your service was great with a great variety. Now not so much. Please re-evaluate your clients in regards to your service and inventory for medical especially.

I love this place and glad I chose this dispensary over other choices that would have been much closer. It's across the street from the Police Department which should make people feel good about this particular location, dedicated parking for customers which is nice, the inside is comfortable, and the staff is wonderful. I enjoy seeing the staff on my visits to check in. It reminds me of the old school local drug store in town where the pharmacist knew everyone in town, but with a much more modern twist.

Worst dispensary! Store location is stupid.. inside a professional bldg. Lobby size is ok, but pickup area is tiny... my closet is bigger. If you're medical, you will find NO compassion here. This place is legal dealing to a tee. Only care about cash, not the customer. Oh, and located across the street from N. Aurora Police Station.

Clearly not enough Capacity to handle anticipated Demand. Will update review possibly at a 2nd visit
I am a medical patient and have been a customer in Aroura for about a year.
I am sorry to say that the customer service for medical patients has diminished. Ever since the recreational customers have come on board. Medical patients have been granted one register while recreational has I believe 4 or 5 registers. The personable service you used to get is gone, now instead you get rushed. On top of that they took our daily and weekly sales away.
Positive: Med parking by the entrance. Front of the house staff is friendly.
Negative: the list goes on. Too long of wait time for Medical patients, they have only one register for medical and at least 3 or more for rec, making the “patients” they serve not a priority. Ordering online in advance makes no difference in speed of service. Be prepared to spend Up to 30 min picking up your oniline order. 25 min was today’s wait time for med. and they messed up the order of patients and skipped me when I was next in line. They apologized and gave me a discount of $25. However my overall experience over 2-3 months has been Consistently poor.
It is painful to see all the recreational customers breeze right through And med wait so long in a small room for 10-20 min. Back of the house, final point of service experience was friendly the first few times, but since has been dry and hardly pleasant.
This dispensary clearly favors rec users.
They also shortened their hours of operation recently as well.
I will go back to Earthmed. There is something to learn from their well organized process. Open 7 days a week, Sunday med only. Med Customer parking. Their assortment is much larger, med Customers are a priority, shopping there is Always “in and out“, 5 min max, especially if you order ahead online, They do curb side pick up too and they also give generous bonus points (their own). After every 2-3 trips you get $30 off. It’s worth a longer drive for all of their perks.
Unfortunately, this was probably my last time in Aurora after only couple of months of going there. Each time I was upset with the wait time and chaotic processing of customers.
I must have been in line waiting with the person that left the last review. There may be hope though. While the medical patients were waiting in the lobby watching rec patients get in one after another the general manager came out to tell us they opened a second medical register because the only med register was down. I asked him why the wait is so long and why the prices keep going up and why half ounces of flower are never in stock. Let's see what happens. I give credit to the GM for at least addressing some questions.

Nothing like west coast dispensaries. All the canned bud in Illinois tastes like garb. The buzz is good, but not worth $55+tax for 3.5. That was last week and now the same strain same grower is $65+tax for 3.5. The vape carts were $5 and $10 more in person than listed on their website. They treat ppl like cattle, and raising prices several times since Jan 1st shows $ is their only concern. Price gouging!
I'm still waiting on waiting room!!!! As a medical patient, seeing MANY rec customers bring helped BEFORE me,,,this is absolutely unacceptable. Makes me think twice before EVER WANTING to come back here again. Terrible first experience......pre-orders READTY for pickup should NOT be this long of a wait.
Medical patients are taking a back seat to recreational today. This is not the norm, as I’ve experienced it but waiting 45 minutes or more for an online order is not cool. Hopefully you can get the growing pains over with soon.
It was frustrating as a medical patient who placed an online order for pickup, waited while over 20 people for recreational were Helped and left before me. I waited for probably 30 minutes for an online pick up that I had received notice of being ready an hour prior. I’ve been a patient here for a while, this was my first time going since they started sales for recreational. I will probably look for a medical only dispensary if this is how patients will be treated here.
Very disappointed this dispensary does not cater to medical patients six checkout lines for rec users one checkout line for medical medical is not a priority in the system I’ve had to wait longer times because of the ratio of Recreational Check out lines to medical one line this is even ordering online talk to many other medical patients since we have plenty of time in the waiting room to talk been stacked up for five at a time last visit was the only one in there had to say something after about eight minutes becauseI was only one in line was forgotten about people are great but not focused on the medical user In this current set up
Great people. Moves fast. But the limited availability of flower for online order grows old.
Verilife is awesome but that’s because of their staff. They are well trained, compassionate and hard working. This industry is new and people are working really to adapt as quickly as possible to be fair to everybody so RELAX and be freakin’ happy it’s legal.
Please lower prices for medical patients
Medical users only get one person to wait on them and the rest get 8 or 9 and the menu is not the same. People that work there are great. I'm being told it's Corporate rules. Once again money over medical!!! somethings never change. Sad day in north aurora.
I always put an online order to help streamline the process as a medical patient I’m usually in pain to wait long, yet I have to wait an hour to even be called in. Recreation gets serviced 8pp - 9pp to every one medical patient yet medical patients are suppose to have priority. There is only one medical checkout line and about 9 registers for recreation. Today alone has been over an hour and still waiting. Doesn’t make sense how any of that is servicing medical patients as a priority. I love the staff but this process has become dreadful n frustrating.
To start, I have never had a person working here treat me with nothing but the upmost respect. They are all very kind and very helpful with questions. My issue is the fact that the medical patients have to wait for an unnecessary long time. They have 5 or 6 registers in the back and only one of those is for medical. Sure we get to wait in a special room with chairs, but when I do an online order and still have to wait 30 plus minutes to pickup, there is an issue. That last few times that I have been in, there have been employees standing around in the back and registers closed. Would it be so hard to open one of those closed registers and use one of the employees that is standing around work it? In those same visits, I have seen people get there 10-15 minutes after me and still get in and out before me. On top of that, good luck getting a strain or product that you like twice. I am new to this, so I still trying to find the ones that work best; however, I have rarely been able to get the same product twice in a row. They got me hooked on a flower that was the best. They have yet to get it in again, even though the guy that recommended it, said that is where he starts all of his patients new to flower. How could that be where he starts with all of them, if they only had it once? I need consistency and speed. My pain is too great to be waiting that long.
Why is the menu constantly changing? I would love to see more consistency in the menu. As a medical patient, it takes a while to figure out what works well and then I rarely can get it again.
Long waits with only one register for medical. Preferance is given to recreational customers with many registets open. Your medical customers are what made it possible for recreational sales.
Selection for medical products very poor. I’m probably going to switch to Romeoville.
I am a medical patient and just had my worst experience at the Aurora facility.
The were taking 10 recreational to 1 medical patients I waited over an hour standing in line then in holding area
And then they don’t update product menu so you never know what you’re gonna end up with.
How come the flower is always dry and the weight is always lite.
I can only hope someone there reads this and actually does something for medical patients that pay a fee to get good treatment,
I’m sure the state of Illinois would love to hear this complaint and want to see better treatment of people that can’t just stand there like they do letting adult use users in before us.
Sad place it used to be better I will give up convenience of being close and go to Earth med they have tons of product and senior discounts too.
So sad Verilife.

This review is based on the quality of the product. This is due to the “in-out process” they had going on. Meaning? Well, you’re given a sheet of paper and you’re limited 1/8 and 2 edibles per person. I understand the rule. So if you’re looking for the budtender experience you get from a dispensary from Cali or Oregon. I noticed some novice buyers trying to figure out what they’re buying. I’d advise you to just search in Leafly. Most products are on here. That being said, if you’re looking for quality product. It’s here. Prices aren’t too bad. Bud you pay more for edibles.
matter. - Sharkbreath
It’s really good. Has you feeling happy but not too mellow where you’re couch potatoed. There’s no “me time” associated with it. So you won’t space out.
Mango Edibles hit you very hard. So, consume responsibly.
Overall, it’s what I expected. It’ll change once the buzz stops & you’re able to experience the real dispensary vibe.
