I've bought few different kinds of flowers most of it wasn't greatest but bout half of all flowers I bought was good. Some of the ashes were dark n that means there are still chemicals. The whiter the ashes the less chemicals in the flowers. Always better to start flushing about 2 weeks before harvest. Strait water last 2 weeks will remove all chemicals
The atmosphere is great, the workers are great however since legalization the availability of products has gone downhill. There were 12 of us medical students waiting this morning for assistance, many of us had pre-ordered but the wait was still close to an hour. I have used Avexia 1:1 Harmony pain balm for months and now they say they can't get it, they offer a lotion instead. Several of us were talking in the waiting room and all us of were lamenting that, the lotion is not effective. However, the Normal Illinois dispensary does have it. Strange, and frustrating. It is however, still a great place.
Everyone is great here. The selection is constantly updating to better things. They are all friendly and helpful. I love the new pick up option because it's so incredibly convenient. If you're looking for a helpful, friendly dispensary, Verilife is a great option!
The rec side has more powerful and cheaper products. Last week I had to buy rec shake that was $15 cheaper and 6% higher than what was available for medical . Now I find 33% thc pre rolls on the rec side and 18 % thc on the medical side at about the same price. This isn't supposed to work this way or at least that was what I was told when the rec law passed. The quality overall has fallen since the rec law passed too. I certainly appreciate the senior discount and I continue to shop here because , frankly, the quality has fallen everywhere. Nice folks and the place is efficiently run.

Totally different vibe and experience than purchasing weed in Colorado. All products are kept behind the window so no smelling or viewing the bud before purchase. Holy Sales Tax!! 😲. My dude, Blake was nice, pleasant. All employees seemed pretty happy to be there. Total visit took 45 minutes.
Super disappointed having to wait so long yesterday for a preorder, while recreational were going back 4 at a time! I'm probably switching to Morris because Ottawa NEVER has what my mom needs for her pain. Morris has 5 times more than what you have! Not cool.
The visit itself was great, but the website is disappointing. It is totally different than the paper menu. Everytime I pre-order, I have to change it or add something to it once I a get there.
The medical menu is limited and recreational menu is stocked. They won't substitute product from the recreational menu for medical patients to get the specific medicine they need. So much for taking the medical customers needs into consideration before adult use recreational.
I think that medical prices should drop some. it's crazy how some of the stuff we buy is the same price on the recreational side. what about patients that go with out because they dont have money for it. it can be expensive. also is there going to be no more deal weeks? And something's on the menu that we use to get we dont any more. other than that the staff is always friendly and I would recommend!

I’ve been going to Verilife almost exclusively for a year now. Though I wish there were more concentrates available they seem to try and keep a little bit of everything on the menu. I do appreciate medical patients getting in and out quickly, the friendly greeting by name, and the awesome attitudes every staff member has had with me. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a sour bud tender working. So thank you guys for keeping my happy place happy!
