Each time I pickup my order, the people in back cannot find my order. They only put my first name on the check in receipt. This needs to change. Put my last name on it so it will go smoothly. Also a lot of people there. This doesn’t help those with anxiety and/or PTSD. Did you ever think about curbside delivery as an option for these cases.
Why can’t medical users order the recreational products with their online orders? Why are the menus not combined for medical card holders? Great place, just not super happy with 2020 changes. Thank you. I do understand the shortages.
I love the polite caring individuals that work there,always a smile on their face! Makes me feel welcomed,I have a neurological disability that makes me slower but no one rushed me one bit and was so helpful with all my questions. Definitely will be spreading the good word♥️🍀
verilife draws recreation patients from nearly a 60 mile bubble, they accomodate everyone as best they can with the high volume of orders on paper as well as online preordering. im sure they have been chewed out on many occasions due to items on the menu being preordered and then the supply not holding out. they posted items low in the inventory will be pulled off the online menu. at this point the hippie in me is saying come on everyone suffers a little so we all dont suffer so bad.. i will put it this way the budtenders and staff are doing all they can. if that isnt good enough or timely enough for you. as polite as i can put it. a little bud is the least of your worries.
This is the only dispensary I’ve ever gone to. My experiences have ALWAYS been good ones. The people who work in Ottawa are so kind and amazing! Thank you!❤️
I visited today and was so impressed by their disinfecting procedure. I saw some with gloves and someone always had disinfecting products in their hands. Kodos to verilife Ottawa!
I didn't like the way that since Dec , they have been selling the year old oil that ther have been saving up for the 1st but when it got here t hr ere was less than before and it was t the e worst quality ever. You can't even get high or taste anything. I have been telling you since the beginning do I have to go to Verano and tell them their G6 is garbage and you keep ripping people off with it?? I still have my boxes and receipts. maybe instead of all of this going on you could have gave me a refund or exchange for something I would like if you ever got anything that wasn't on the recreational side. That's why you all do it that way. because you want to make all the money off the rec side so you say screw the medical fakers. I am not a faker. I would not be so upset and pissed off if it weren't for you guys and IDPH sending stuff to me about weed being bad for your brain. another one saying it is bad for your hypothalamus. That is part of my brain they operated on. That is what controls your hormones. I usually never have seizures during the day. I have 3in 19 years. they were all because I was upset about things. this time it was all the trouble you are putting me through.I always thought Marissa was the sweetest girl in there. It will be sad not seeing her anymore. I don't have many friends. Thanks to John too. I think he wanted to open it as medical marijuana shop, he seemed concerned about peoples health and how its would be nice to get off of your prescription meds and use medical marijuana. Whenever I write about this I get messages about marijuana not being good for your brain. I used to get them s as lying how good that it is for it. I think my brain is in better shape than most of yours. I sure can Express my feelings better than you. If I knew someone that needed a like concentrate when you owe me 4 jars I am not so money hungry to say NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE. EVEN THOUGH I LOOKED IT UP IN THE MARIJUANA LAW BOOKS AND PEOPLE HAVE 30 DAYS NOT TWO WEEKS. PLUS I TRIED WITHIN THE 2 WEEKS AND THE VERILIFE LADY SAID SORRY THAY YOU IN OTTAWA WERE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND . NOW THE WHOLE COMPANY ANS STATE HATES ME FOR TRYING TO GET SOME GOOD OIL ON THE MEDICAL MENU.
Extremely rude staff. I made an offhanded remark about how they penalize walk in customers by making them wait much longer and I was told to “find another dispensary if I don’t like it.” What a ray of sunshine she was. Well guess what, I’ll never set foot in your business again. Do yourself a favor can you give any other dispensaries your business and steer way clear of this one.
