I truly appreciate the chance to be able to Walk into a dispensary and actually speak to someone if I do have a question or 2. Best selection in Illinois for Flower ( Medicinal ) is amazing menu. Nearly no wait time and everyone is always in a great mood and happy to see you.
I never have a problem... staff is always courteous and very helpful.... wish I could tip them for their service.... it goes a long way on both ends.... and in the end the customer, employee, and employer are happy!!! Don’t understand this company policy!!!
Awesome crew of people very helpful and knowledgeable about any product that they have jeff and the crew up front are great especially if its your first visit ! Highly recommend Romeoville verilife!
I just started coming to this location and it has been very easy to get in and get out with what I need. Everyone I have come into contact with in store or over phone has been incredibly kind and helpful. They are very welcoming and encourage you to ask questions along the way. Using GPS to find the location is also not an issue. The shop is very clean and well maintained. So far the wait time has been very low. Also, probably the most important- the product they have is excellent!
A nice, reliable dispensary with friendly staff and frequent specials. Open every day of the week, even if it's for limited hours. Online ordering is nice for when you just want to run in and pick up your order without waiting in line to order what you want. Would be nicer if product availability for online orders (which have a required pick-up time of 24 hours or less), though. Variety of selection is good.
I usually have a great experience but on 4/20, I placed an online order and also wanted to add to it once I was in the store. The cashier that helped me didnt seem like he wanted to help. I asked for an item that's listed on the website and instead of checking, he just shook his head and loudly said..."we dont have anything like that here." I told him it's listed online and he said they don't usually carry those items. Frowny face. I've purchased them before from there so I know this to be untrue.
What concerns me is, as a medical customer, he didn't even try to suggestive sell me something comparable. I felt like he didnt want to help me or understand what I wanted or needed.
Today, the items in question are still listed on the website but I can't order online or to add to my cart.
The visit was overall a great experience. The only thing I wish is they had curbside for medical and had a rewards program in place. Other than that the staff and products were amazing and I will definitely be returning.
The staff at this location are wonderful. Always very professional but extremely friendly. They have their act together, it is always a quick enjoyable experience.
