I've shopped several other dispensaries and am very happy with MCC. The prices, available stock, and sales (of course) cannot be beat.
Online ordering is making too! Other places would tell me when I arrived that they were out of half my order but substituted for a higher priced equivalent. Not MCC! Every online order I've placed has been spot on.
I think with me having the medical marijuana card. I’m able to park quicker and shorter waiting time. And it matters because I was here when it was under another company. And with more options to go some place else I drive from east Joliet. So quality, feeling safe and superb customer service is a plus.
I have had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Midwest Compassion. This is my first medical marijuana experience and they have made it incredibly smooth. The staff is knowledgable and has been nothing but helpful, and after looking around their prices are very competitive with the surrounding dispensaries. I would 10/10 recommend
Menu options for medical patients have decreased considerably since recreational use began. I know this is not the fault of this dispensary directly, but everyone said medical patients would be a priority. It doesn't seem that this is the case. This needs to improve. Other than that, the staff is knowledgeable and hardworking.....they deserve an A+
Not a bad place but as others have mentioned the variety is awful. And I get that the rec lines need to move but having 4 registers for rec and 1 for medicinal when a line is forming isn’t patient friendly. I’m standing there watch rec customers cycling through while the medicinal like is at a stand still
I usually have a great experience but on 4/20, I placed an online order and also wanted to add to it once I was in the store. The cashier that helped me didnt seem like he wanted to help. I asked for an item that's listed on the website and instead of checking, he just shook his head and loudly said..."we dont have anything like that here." I told him it's listed online and he said they don't usually carry those items. Frowny face. I've purchased them before from there so I know this to be untrue.
What concerns me is, as a medical customer, he didn't even try to suggestive sell me something comparable. I felt like he didnt want to help me or understand what I wanted or needed.
Today, the items in question are still listed on the website but I can't order online or to add to my cart.
Top notch patient service on the medical side . I never have to spen a lot of time waiting in line , the bud tenders are knowledgable and if the person your working with dosent have an answer to your questuons they will find some one who does .
I truly appreciate the chance to be able to Walk into a dispensary and actually speak to someone if I do have a question or 2. Best selection in Illinois for Flower ( Medicinal ) is amazing menu. Nearly no wait time and everyone is always in a great mood and happy to see you.
Security not helpful, I mean they had me standing outside without even asking if I was medical. The entry and lobby is small but that’s cool I guess. They don’t have a rewards program which is the worst part
They are always flowing people through without waiting on Medical pickups. So much better than other dispensaries. Tried the rest but always come right back to Romeoville where I am treated like family.
I bought 28 grams of Matter on sale and the entire bag is small buds. Nothing in the advertising tells you that the bag is smalls. Every other dispensary will tell you that you are buying smalls. Shame on you verilife. It's pretty deceitful. Daytime staff is way better than night time. I will be taking my business to an honest dispensary.
