Jeff was really great helping us pick out specific products for our needs. Definitely will be making this my "go to" dispensary in town.

Locations not that bad but they treat you like you know nothing

The staff as a whole was so friendly amidst the virus panic and kept me in "high" spirits. The girls in the front, Jasmine and Brianna, really make you feel welcome with the whole process and kindly answered a lot of my annoying questions. And the people in the back are very knowledgeable about the products and really helped me to narrow down what I needed. Keep up the good work!

Most the staff is great but whoever's making the decisions for them is hurting the business. Being the only local dispensary open right now they figure they can get away with messing with patients. I will not be recommending anyone else to go there till I see huge changes.

Happy faces of employees with smiles and customers obviously. Great clean building. Fast service. Informed budtenders. Great selection. In and out in no time. First visit to this dispensary. Even with Covid-19 crippling everything,this dispensary ran as a well oiled machine. Bree(my budtender) was super down to earth and friendly. Wasn’t one of those snobby cannabis budtenders I’ve seen before. I drove 45 minutes to come here and will continue to do so. Top notch facility, and a better staff. Front desk on back was perfect. Upper management should recognize their efforts.

A no from me. The budtenders are not personable at all. The menu was inaccurate. A flower strain I purchased was, according to the menu, a straight indica. When I got home- (AFTER telling my budtender I did not like hybrid strains, in addition to what I read on the apparently incorrect menu) I realize the packaging lists this as a hybrid strain. I call customer service, who advises me to send an email. I do that and go back and forth with an employee who assures me someone will reach out to store credit me in a couple days. Nothing. So I reach out with a follow up email of “haven’t heard anything can you check on this” and the person emailing me back essentially was like “check on what?” Finally a month days I got a manager at the location who told me all Ohio plants are hybrids, classification is meaningless, and it’s all Ohio’s fault, not theirs. Blamed me, Ohio, anyone but themselves for mislabeling product. Never again! I went to STRAWBERRY FIELDS in MONROE today and they were much kinder and helpful. GO THERE!

Vera life on the Ridge

Hey, when there is a dispensary, (literally) within walking distance of your house, and still choose to drive a few miles because verilife is a much better atmosphere, that says a lot.

Cool shop, nice people, helpful staff. Not a huge selection (they’ve only been open 3 weeks, what can you expect) but what they did have was high quality.

Always an awesome experience. Much better selection than some in the state. So happy they finally opened and I no longer have to go to Dayton. Lifelong customer here.

First off anyone who complains about price has no experience with the superior quality of Ohio mmj products. Verilife is ahead of the curve on diversity and knowledgeable staff. I recommend ordering through Leafly on Fridays and Saturdays due to excessive lines. Rarely a wait on weekdays. Top notch dispensary by any standards.

I found another one ice cream cake was perfect. the guy told me I won't b disappointed and I'm not truly a top tier. and a again nuggets were dense, sticky and pretty.

STAFF IS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING, ATMOSPHERE GREAT, EVERYONE FRIENDLY, LOVE THE PLACE! PRODUCTS, DIFFERENT STORY UNFORTUNATELY! The flower used to be 2.83 grams, now it says 2 grams on all of your menus. Was it changed to 2 grams? Same price though.
