They are always super helpful and informative. I also can usually go in and out super quickly as well.

Becky was great, She has helped me in the past figure out what products to get and I always end up with a great selection. Thanks again for your help and this place always has a nice atmosphere to it.

I know nothing about cannabis whatsoever, and Becky helped me. She was knowledgeable, explained everything to me and made suggestions. I was so nervous and anxious. I felt more at ease by the end of my shopping experience and I appreciate that. Even calling in on the phone and the wonderful lady who checks you in. The staff is awesome and helpful! Why go anywhere else even if it is a few cents cheaper, you definitely want people who care! Thank you once again!

First time in and was a bit overwhelmed at first. Becky was so patient explaining all the different products and what to expect from each one. The candy she recommended is my favorite! I'll definitely be back soon!

This place is great! Quick service, the last trip I was in and out in fifteen minutes! Very professional and helpful staff. I got a batch of dry bud but when I asked them they said it seemed to be restricted to the Ohio Wellness brand or something similar to that. I got a different kind he recommended, orange 43, and it's great.

Best dispo in the general area as far as getting customers in and out efficiently, with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Bridgett went out of her way to help me with a very frustrating issue I was having with the Ohio MMJ system. I was getting rather upset and certainly close to a PTSD meltdown. I’m sure my demeanor was less than friendly yet she was very helpful, calm, and understanding of the issue I was experiencing. I was so thankful Bridgett was there today. I went from having a miserable experience and potentially being not able to get any medication and storming out, to getting exactly what I ordered and leaving with a smile. Thanks for being there, even for the difficult customers. I feel like I always get good service here but wanted to let you all know about an exemplary employee.
