The whole staff is amazing. The management always takes care of any issues I have. Every visit is a pleasure.

If you are medicsl and have a military or the other state sanctioned discount, you will want to go elsewhere to make your money go further and support actual businesses that value your sacrifice. This place no longer supports these as they've discounted the weed down from new recreational highs. This means they are all already on discount and they won't provide the military or other state sanctioned discounts. A true disservice when previously it wasn't an issue. Would NOT recommend until they come to their senses and put back into place the military discount on medical. If you're looking for selection, this isn't the place anymore.

Everyone is so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to talk about their own personal experiences. Very good place if you’re nervous or first time to mmj.

On Oct 24 at 8:45 pm I placed a pre order for the following morning. Next morning,at opening,I went to pick up the order only to find that the Butterfly Effect Honey was not included (even though I added it from the menu the night before when it was listed as in stock). The APPLE SLAPZ cart was in fact a LUSTER POD which thankfully the budtender caught before ringing up. The substitution of comparable products cost me 45 dollars more than the original order. I think this is called BAIT AND SWITCH. I had been coming to this CINCINNATI OHIO location since it opened,but this was my last visit. There's other dispensaries to choose from

Very nice people that are well informed about the product. Never seen it very crowded and my longest wait time was about 5 minutes.

Location is good easy to fing and park

I like to start to say I can't walk very well I'm on crutches but when I come everybody does take care of me as far as put me in a wheelchair and accommodating me to the best way I can, Devin always takes me out even when he don't wait on me so he goes very much out his way, also I just would like to compliment Devin he's a very nice person and the flowers that he recommend me to get there very relaxing doesn't take away my pain but it is very relaxing for me so I do enjoy that and I think Devin is very knowledgeable about the flowers that he had me to purchase Devin great people like him a lot thanks.

Dislike the fact that my order was not available or ready at the time of pick-up. Had to wait an hour, after paying for my order. I also dislike the fact that I lost days or did not receive back days for returning a product that was incorrectly priced on dispensary website. You Have To Be Very Patient.

I loved the black friday deals, love seeing the $25 1 days, only complaint was the chairs, they hurt to sit in. Please invest in some better chairs <3

I absolutely love everybody at Verilife. Not only is it very speedy service, but all the Bud tenders have always been nice and knowledgeable. I love when Gaby is in the front, she always makes me feel more like a friend than a customer.
