The customer service is great. The product is great. Shout out to Weedology. This is the right place for your money. Went yesterday on a deal. $5 and some change for a flower that is over 34 percent. Go Cowboys! This dispensary has good top shelf stuff. Every time i have gone in they have amazing deals. So if you want to just relax, take it slow, and let the good times roll then go here...... This is amazing lol never thought id be posting message about it.

It's a cool store but the prices aren't great! There's no discounts like Cannabis and Glass 🤷

This place has gone to hell in the last 2 years. Its time to start telling the employees to wait until after work to get high. TOO SLOW!!! Employees standing around as the line gets longer. Checked my ID twice and didnt notice it was my birthday for discount, "skip the line, order online" is bullsht, you still wait. Too many other options in town. Very nice people, just not worth it any longer.

My 88 year old Grandmother and her boyfriend let me tag along for their second visit to Weedology. Our Budtender was very kind and spoke up so they could understand about the tincture and the difference between the different kinds. They gave my Grandmother's boyfriend received his military and senior discount. Staff were all wearing masks and socially distancing. We were there at 10:15 on a Thursday and it was not crowded. I would definitely go back. They also have lots of tshirts and stickers for sale. The menu is extensive and the prices are much cheaper than Massachusetts.

Best products, best people, fair prices

Placed an order and received a message that one item was not available. Within two minutes it showed the order had been picked up. I now cannot respond to chat because the order was picked up and I keep calling an no one answers. I have no idea if my order was placed or cancelled and no way to communicate. It was my first and last time here.

When I was there a few days ago I'm a disabled veteran. When I made my purchase I thought I would get at least to 10% discount because of my veteran status but all they gave me was a $1 discount on $150 purchase. I will never go back there again. Plus they don't tell you they charge taxes on their items also. There are better places to go in Ontario for your herbs.

Get Budtenders who know their cannabis please that is all.
