Great bud and people. staff treats everyone like a patient, not some stoner. still a couple of hiccups here and there, but just great overall. cant wait to visit again!
My 88 year old Grandmother and her boyfriend let me tag along for their second visit to Weedology. Our Budtender was very kind and spoke up so they could understand about the tincture and the difference between the different kinds. They gave my Grandmother's boyfriend received his military and senior discount. Staff were all wearing masks and socially distancing. We were there at 10:15 on a Thursday and it was not crowded. I would definitely go back. They also have lots of tshirts and stickers for sale. The menu is extensive and the prices are much cheaper than Massachusetts.
When I was there a few days ago I'm a disabled veteran. When I made my purchase I thought I would get at least to 10% discount because of my veteran status but all they gave me was a $1 discount on $150 purchase. I will never go back there again. Plus they don't tell you they charge taxes on their items also. There are better places to go in Ontario for your herbs.
I got there to pick up my order. Inasked the bud tender about some missing gron passion fruit gummies that were missing from my on line order. As you can see on my order they're here on the order but i didn't receive them. There was no explanation as to why they weren't in my pick up order. After i left and go home (since you can't use your phone in the store) i saw they still jad plenty in stock. Makes.me wonder why they wouldn't sell them to me. Im a very frequent customer and my have to start going somewhere else.
Friendly staff . Best daily specials with 15% versus the other dispensaries have 10% daily. One of my top 3 . If there was a drive thru it would be almost perfect
