I bought a bad car from this place. I called him they told me to come in and I could exchange it. Drove all the way down there. waited in the lobby. got called back just to be told we cannot do that. I have done that once before the cart tasted like Vicks in a jar. I will never go back to this place ever!!!!

Did not honor mass text that was sent out for "Bogo on Gpen". I ordered the concentrate Gpen. The message was sent out and placed on their website and multiple people had concerns when told otherwise. A discount, free pre roll, or honor the message would have sufficed.

I came in today for edibles and totally left with a slick new G Pen. The pods were BOGO with some of my fav strains (Jack Herer & Blue Dream🌠) and the vendor, Jose🔥, hooked me up with a free battery and all the swag I needed. Just when I thought I was done with vapes...🤣🤣

No one answers the phone. Voice mail full. I called 3 times to find out why you are having a sale on MPX items but there aren't any MPX items on the menu and nothing comes up in the search on Leafly for MPX at your dispensary. I sure would have liked to take advantage of the bogo deal today but I can't order what I want online and I'm not going to drive to your location and risk you not having my items. WTF guys, is it really that hard to answer a phone and put someone on hold? I worked in a real pharmacy for 2 years and we would never treat patients that way. Get your shit straight people.

Their shatter is not what it used to be. I've been using MUV concentrates for about a year and a half and half the strains of shatter used to be in the middle 90's on the THC% but has now fallen to the 70's and low 80's like everyone else. That used to be what made your product so much better but not any more. Sad to see.

Long lines waiting in 100 degree plus temperatures. No shade either. They could place awnings to keep everyone from getting heat stroke. They really care about there customers? No! All they really care about is getting your money... Thumbs down! 🤨😖🤪

What is the point of having a law that says you have to wear a mask if you let people in there without them? While you can’t force someone to wear a mask you can deny entry to anyone who doesn’t have one yet you don’t. Obviously don’t care about patient’s health and safety.

High desert healing has very good flower but I would say steer clear of the snow cones and shake pre-rolls. The snow cones do not smoke well until you are more then halfway through them and for $25 dollars a piece you expect a perfect smoke. The pre-rolls are mostly leaf instead of mug shake. Aside from that they serve quality medicine as long as you avoid those two products you will have no complaints about High Desert Healing.

First time medical patient visiting MUV. The door greeter was so friendly, accommodating and prioritized my entrance into the store. I ordered online and was checked out at the counter. That DA reviewed my entire order and verified the product strains and potency. Incredibly friendly, clean and love that they are following COVID protocols. I just checked in. Walked to online order spot and they took the walk in that checked in after me before me. I don’t get it. If walk in and online are the same why are there two different lines?
