The Leafly/online orders had their own line, which is the point of pre ordering. Which definitely made the service a lot faster and better.

Staff is super helpful but your online ordering needs some help. I always have issues with online orders.

Been coming here for years, when it had different owners too. Been to every dispensary in area. MUV is just an awesome place in every way and this became “my” dispensary where I go all the time. Lady working at the pickup counter is amazing. Often place is too crowded, but I know that will also change and that also says something about the place itself. Keep up the good work and I will see you all soon. Thanks for all you do.

Pre order is the way to go right now, if online ordering closes, check back every 15 mins or so and place your order when it reopens, you will still save more time than waiting in the walk up line. Always happy with MUV!

Great staff and product

Have all my favorite brands in stock. Online orders saves me a lot of time. Customer service is outstanding from the moment i walk in to the moment i walk out. They now have merch, love it! Bought a coloring tarot cards set, very calming and fun. Clean, pleasant and many brands and strains especially for the medical patients.

Always fast and simple

Front service lady that was taking care of Leafly orders was all over the place, and ends up over charging me for my allotment... Went in with 12.9 grams, and bought a Grow Sciences 8th worth 3.7... Came out with .6 grams on my allotment. They did not try and makes things right... Now I’m out on Medicine. Sheeesh talk about unlucky.

Great service, wonderful deals & fire flower!

I put in a $300 Leafly order. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told I needed a photo id to hold my place in line. This is the only dispensary in AZ (that I have found) that is STRUGGLING to adapt to the digital transition, and they decided to make it the customer’s issue. Time-stamped Leafly orders aren’t enough for them to keep order. I didn’t have an ID, but I have a debit card (and OF COURSE my digital MMD card on my phone... which is the only thing needed at other dispensaries). They sent me home and cancelled the order. When I asked why we needed a physical card, the worker told me to stop screaming and to leave. Worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary! The drive to Urban Greenhouse just became totally worth it, and I will NEVER shot at Muv again!
