Zen Leaf – Cave Creek Road

I came in for my first time and was generally impressed! I got the gorilla glue #5 and the pink og. The selection at HDH is great! Even some exotics. Also the budtender was very kind and welcoming to me. Thank you guys! I had a great experience at HDH, often I am disappointed when visiting new dispensaries, but nope! Not this time

I came in last night and it was almost closed and the wonderful woman named Leslie up front helped me with my Leafly order and did not make me feel rushed I definitely will use in the future

This place is one of my favorite dispensaries in Arizona! They are always offering deals and promotions that keep drawing me back in there. The company and staff as a whole is very welcoming and willing to help with any questions I have. The bud-tenders are super helpful and go the extra mile just to make my experience that much greater! Overall, I would recommend this place over and over again to anyone and everyone. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good dispensary and a staff that is willing to help you out.

Got a delivery. The last 2 times the marijuana was terrible. Made me sick. Taste worse then Reggie. They dont give correct change back rounds it up the next dollar smh staff seems stuck up and rude at times.

I've been going here for a few years, before it was recently changed like crazy. I go here because it's my neighborhood dispensary but the last few times I've been have been a complete disappointment. I order online everytime but the pick people never seem to know what going on. I suggest not being stoned out of your mind at work, because that's exactly how it seems. This last time, they lost my card and I watched about 20 people go in front of me. Even people who had just showed up got seen before me. Place is just cringy now in so many ways.

This is the longest wait I’ve ever had to do. I tried pick up and It was still a 25 min wait. The funny thing is I received this survey to rate my experience before I received my Medecine. This was my first and last time doing pick up. At this location going to the back and picking it out is faster.

Loved the speed and the attention paid to us by Lance our bud tender!!! On Black Friday none the less. Awesome bud. Great service. Perfect edibles. Go Lance,you made our drive over there worth the visit. We’ll be back!!!!

cant give customer service when you get put on hold snippingly then get hung up on. There was always a reason I didnt go there.

I had an excellent experience at this dispensary location. Super knowledgeable staff, excellent vibe very up beat customer care & nice quality Products. I’ve been using the MUV 1to1 pain cream on my aching shoulders/neck area works really good. Hope to try some of the patches soon. 😁👍 it’s a bit far from my house but well worth the drive.

Horrible waited over 30 min for pick up. Walk ins were reviving services quickly.

Budtenders are cool nice FTP deal but made a long drive from West Phoenix to only have a cartridge that's half way filled. Took it back the next day and had nothing done for me they all look like that apparently unless you like buying your carts half way smoked then don't get them from here. Worse dispo carts I had so far. Flower was dry as well, I'll pay more gas and ware/tare on my tires to Curaleaf on Bell or Desert Rose on Happy Valley instead.

Service is top notch, everyone is friendly and there deals and products are great, I would highly recommend to anyone
