Zen Leaf – Cave Creek Road

Called ahead to inquire about their birthday deals. Over the phone I was told that a free pre-roll would be given as part of their birthday deal. I show up only to find that I had to make a purchase in order to get the “free pre-roll”. Everyone seemed cool but not recommending due to being mislead.

This is about my fourth Leafly pickup. Every time seems to be pretty hectic. And I always end up still going into the back. It takes over 30 minutes every time. Which I figured the Leafly pickup should save me some time and get me in and out. I always give him the benefit of the doubt cuz it is always busy when I go in. But this last time will probably be my last time do I leave the orders at this dispensary.

I placed my first pick up order, and I understand that I went at a high traffic time, but I waited over 30 mins for my pick up order that was already ready for pick up 2hrs prior to when I got there. The lady running the counter was very nice, but not very efficient at moving the orders through, there were people who came in to go back to the store that arrived at the same time as me and were taken back before I got my Pick up order. I’ve never experienced this kind of situation at any other dispensary and I’m hoping this was a one off and pickups will not be as time consuming in the future.

This place is so great, so much better than the place that was there before, they have amazing bud for the BEST prices!! They're popcorn 1/2 oz for $45 are so great and especially for the price and half the time the nugs aren't even popcorn they're full nugs and they always have 2 or more choices!!!!
