Muv is the only dispensary I go to, but I placed a pickup order on Leafly at 11:41 this morning. I never got a message stating my order was ready, and when I track my order it's stuck on "processing". I called twice yesterday, and three times today with no answer. I assumed maybe they were closed due to covid19, but I drove by tonight at 830, and there was a line.
Love you guys, the security guard not so much. The man on duty today during the afternoon shift did not behave in a compassionate or patient manner at all. Stated he “hated working the door” and closed the door in my face as I was trying to speak w him. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have never been treated with anything great customer service in the past. I’m sure there would be plenty of grateful people lined up to have that security guards job rn. Just saying. Thank you for your hard work to the rest of the amazing staff!!! 🙏
I just started coming here since I moved and have got nothing but wonderful things to say. They are very quick and helpful. I love how fast pre-ordering is. I was able to get in and out and save money thanks to daily deals ☺️ Müv rocks!
Front service lady that was taking care of Leafly orders was all over the place, and ends up over charging me for my allotment... Went in with 12.9 grams, and bought a Grow Sciences 8th worth 3.7... Came out with .6 grams on my allotment. They did not try and makes things right... Now I’m out on Medicine. Sheeesh talk about unlucky.
I love MUV!!! Amazing product!!!Awesome BOGO’s!!!! Need a much larger building!!!! Better communication with Leafly is definitely needed though.. I’ve had a lot of issues ordering on Leafly going to pick my order up and the price being $15-$50 off from what the total was when I placed the order. The first time I gave in and excepted it cause Leafly priced it wrong not them(that bud tender said anyway) so when it happens yesterday they honored the Leafly price! That shows loyalty to the customer and is absolutely stand up business.
Love the people that work here. Prices have went up but it’s happening everywhere in Arizona. It’s rec now. If the prices were not raised there would be no product at all. I have shopped here for some time and will continue to do so!! Also spoke with Martin on the phone and he was great!
Have all my favorite brands in stock. Online orders saves me a lot of time. Customer service is outstanding from the moment i walk in to the moment i walk out. They now have merch, love it! Bought a coloring tarot cards set, very calming and fun. Clean, pleasant and many brands and strains especially for the medical patients.
The store was very busy (4/20) yet they continued to allow people to go up to the counter, place their order and then go to the ATM. I was in line over an hour because in that time 6 people did this and some took 10 to 15 minutes to operate the ATM. Everyone else just had to wait longer (we had gone to the bank beforehand) for them. Must be another way to handle this without creating A LOT of other unhappy people waiting in line. Also was going to use my "Rewards" but that is a joke. The system has been screwed up for over a year and the company knows it but continues with it. My app won't work and no one can tell me why or cares. I logged in online and it told me one amount. I get to the store and their system says something different. Turns out I spent almost $900 at this store in the last 6 months but that doesn't matter. They don't deliver what they promise. I had "chatted" with someone online and was told the same amount the website showed. I was also told other things by this rep online that turned out to be totally false. They are in Florida evidently and don't know the operations here in Arizona (per this store). Looking for a new place to shop that will honor what they say and "Reward" me properly.
good location. I love dr Zodiak carts so I came in for a bogo on them, and I just taste a little different than normal. plus the oil is thin so I dont even get the normal bubbles. I get hella small bubble due to it being liquidy. the verification sticker was hanging off as well. I got monster mango and pineapple Express. and the mango one has a weird symbol on it instead of two rabbits I have one rabbit and I half weed leaf? it gets me high, but I'm probably going to just throw them away. R.I.P the mango might just be a bad cartridge. the pineapple Express taste like weed no real taste. the verification sticker were hanging off. idk
I had an amazing first experience here. Lolo was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. There were also awesome sales running! Check out their can drive! I will definitely be returning.
Bear place in Phoenix!! I used Leafly to place my order. They texted me when it was ready and i paid with Hypur once i received my order and didn't have to spend more than 5 minutes total in the store which is awesome because there were 20 people there ahead of me waiting to get in!!
This is one of thee best places for a good BOGO and good flowers as well. Nectar Farms BOGO for the FTP quality for connoisseurs is a must try. Good staff their very helpful and clean location also very understanding. Deals of all sorts and variety of potent to go with it. HIGHly recommend
