Love you guys, the security guard not so much. The man on duty today during the afternoon shift did not behave in a compassionate or patient manner at all. Stated he “hated working the door” and closed the door in my face as I was trying to speak w him. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have never been treated with anything great customer service in the past. I’m sure there would be plenty of grateful people lined up to have that security guards job rn. Just saying. Thank you for your hard work to the rest of the amazing staff!!! 🙏
Came here as a first time patient to buy an OZ. They said I can get a free preroll during my next purchase as a new patient deal, Just mention that I haven’t used it yet. flash forward two weeks: pickup my second order and ask about the free preroll. They asked me for a free preroll card. I was not given one. I was told to mention the free preroll to whoever helped me when I first came in..They said they have no notes in the system regarding that conversation and that their first time deal is buy an eighth get one free... so I could have saved money buying that Oz weeks before but it’s still ALL good, I just want a doobie. I was planning on being spiteful and not returning after they said I wouldn’t get any deals for being a new customer. However, when I got home, there was a preroll in my bag totally undisclosed.. The quality of their strains is impeccable, I recommend the product and the people are super nice all BS aside
I love this place and their deals!!!!! its always SO PACKED but thank god for Leafly Pickup. I'm here all the time and they're all nice and quick regardless how packed it is.
This is the only dispensary I go to. Everyone working here is always great, and it has such a feeling of community. Their in house products are great and they offer a wide selection of third party products as well. But to be honest it is the staff that makes this place amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I’ve been coming here since they were High Desert Healing (so about 5 years now) and I have never left the store with a bad feeling. Seriously give this place a try.
One thing to note: it is a small store and wait times can be long for walk in orders, so if you are in a hurry then preorder through Leafly and save yourself from looking like an impatient jerk in front of everyone in the lobby.
Best spot in town! I ventured about to a different dispensary and quickly regretted it. Stay with Muv there the go to spot for great service, quality meds and great prices!!
