Lela and everyone working on 10/11 was amazing! As a first time card holder this was a perfect first time experience! I will definitely be returning for the killer deals and friendly environment!
Terrible . I called ahead of time to see if I could use a certain coupon from cannapages. I spoke to two different employees and they said I could be able to use it on any tier except the highest one. I show up and wait in line for them to tell me I can’t use it. Due to the virus I had an online order and I wasn’t able to get anything. Very disappointed.
I used to go to this dispensary all the time but the service has been getting worse (from a management perspective - the budtenders are awesome!). They recently added tax to every item so the pricing increased (aka the price they advertise isn't the out the door price as it used to be). Then the best specials either got taken away or happen much less frequently than they used to. Now I place an online order hours before I go to pick it up and have to wait 30+ minutes. I understand having to wait if you show up without ordering online but when they send you a text saying your order is ready then I do not understand why it should take more than a few minutes for the people in line ahead of you to get their order. Not to mention the only way to find out what the wait time is is to show up - the last few times I have called the phones have been disconnected after going through the automated prompt.
The ladies were so welcoming and informed about the products. The store is beautiful, super friendly staff and HIGH quality flower. I'm excited to go back lol
I love this location. I was super stoked when it opened. The product selection is fantastic and LOVE the deals and budtenders. Super knowledgeable and wayyy down to earth. Stay medicated my friends.
Great experience. Although I’m not to particularly fond of using a third-party to order my medication. The in-store process was great. Always a good experience at the territory in Chandler. I’d recommend
My bud tender was great and I have no complaints towards her, however, there were several older patients outside who were struggling to place an order online due to age or disability. I helped a couple of them before I got called in. They had attempted to ask a gentleman who was calling patients in, if he could help them or walk them through the process of making an order because they’ve never used Leafly before and he didn’t seem interested in providing them with support. There wasn’t anyone outside to provide assistance at all. During this scary and crazy time, we should be especially aware of the needs and vulnerabilities of our elders and our disabled. Am pretty disappointed.
