most people write theses fir a pre-roll or a gram. this is NOT one of those. I went in Sunday morning for first time special to try their vapes. A very different feel to a dispensary is what first impressed me. The staff was the second thing to impress me, which I dont impress easily. But what drive me to write this was to tell everyone... the Hi-Klas vapes are absolutely positively indisputable the VERY BEST

I think I just found my go-to dispensary! I felt extremely welcome the moment I stepped inside. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. It’s also close to home, so that’s a plus 😊 Looking forward to my next visit! 💚

So i’ve been going to this location, the original, since it’s opened. i’m pretty sure i have the most points in there system out of anyone just by going there the last 2.5 or so years and not spending them. This was my favorite dispensary for a loong time, not because they always had the best prices, but because everyone there was great. Then they opened up a new place, and the OGs moved over and it wasn’t too bad at first. Then they opened a third and stopped including taxes in their price while maintaining the same price (giving them a sweet 8% more profit per item). Basically they turned into another Harvest/Cura where corporate profits outweigh their medicinal patients needs. Once again corporate greed and capitalism win again over, once again, their MEDICINAL patients needs. good game guys you played it well hope your ceo gets that mercedes soon

web order medical patient made me wait in line behind 10 other med patients to only get inside to wait longer because "theres only 1 girls filling orders" and "she cant fill orders and cash people out at the same time" I've been waiting 30 mins for a scheduled web order pickup. why would any one bother prepaying online to wait in line to receive your meds? why am I waiting for all of the other in store customers ? I passed two dispensories on the way

I went there for the first time today at 9:40 since they have their hours listed as opening at 9 everywhere. I was greeted by someone telling me that pickup orders arent ready until 10, since mine wasn't a pickup I asked when they open and with the rudest tone of voice he just said 10 and shut the door on me.

This is my second choice in the area due to the lack of good fresh flower choices and deals. Some day dispensaries will figure out if the samples out suck, so does the flower, because the sample delivery method doesn’t allow the patient any way to truly get an idea of what they might want. Plus a bud tender I had there sucked at his customer service skills - #fail

Living in Maricopa, we recently went through places not delivering or having dispesnaires in Maricopa so hearing this place is opening makes things easier because you guys are the closest dispesnary to the city so I thought i'd give this a try. I really liked it here. The bud is great, the people were really nice, the first patient deals are awesome and the 2 things I love the most is that you aren't secluded by a wall in the waiting room and you have no form to sign for your first patient. You can just walk right in! And I love that so much. It's something i've wanted in a dispensary the past 2+ years i've had a med card but never thought i'd see it. Keep it up you guys!

Was my first time going. Really just wanted to check them out. Totally surprised me. Flower quality is amazing and potent. Will be going back for sure.

Everything is amazing but at the same time you can get everything that they offer for almost 10$ cheaper anywhere else. There potent planet is 55 compared to 45 that I’ve seen at other places. There are many other examples of price hikes like this.

Used to be my go to dispensary for my Flower needs.... until the new management took over. I have now traveled across town twice, only too meet a hard headed manager who sends out mass text deals he does not honor. After communicating my issue. Nothing is ever done and the management has no consideration. I used to spend 1000's there. Now I will be bringing my hard earned money elsewhere.

Disruptive concept to the existing model. No waiting room, all product on display and staff works with you when you’re ready to purchase. Ever’s was super knowledgeable of products and offered great recommendations for CBD products and flower. I will be back!

Visiting The Territory for the first time was the single worst dispensary visit I've ever had. Although I left with a smile, impressed with their elegant, inviting environs and the beautiful, fragrant buds I just paid top dollar for, that smile was quickly wiped from my face the moment I looked at what I had been given and realized I had been the victim of the bait-and-switch scam. They gave me a $75 quarter of low-grade shake, not the frosty, well-manicured nuggets on display. With so much competition in the industry, with so much better pot available and at a better price to boot, spare yourself the grief of getting burned and avoid The Territory. What The Territory sold me for $75, I could've gotten for around $15 at my primary dispensary, Metro Meds. To be fair, I will say that the other quarter I got was excellent and met my expectations, hence the two stars. Same for the employees, cool people all. Not their fault mgmt. is out to burn people--hence the two stars. Folks, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. Places like this need to be pushed out of the industry.

I love this place they have great deals and nice staff. However, the brand "Nature's Concentrates" Shatter is absolutely horrible. I have never had such a chemical-y taste in shatter before... and for $30!! I wouldn't even buy it for $10. Don't buy this brand

Got Rolls Choice and Pineapple Chunk many months ago. Found it in the cupboard and both had transformed into the skunkiest nugs. Harvested Aug 2018... proper curing is the key; perhaps Territory could cure longer/better?

This was my favorite dispensary. They stood out by including tax in their prices, I always knew what I was going to pay. Suddenly they want to become like everyone else. HORRIBLE IDEA!! Now everything costs more, NO REASON to continue coming here. Go to Oasis, they have better prices after tax and MUCH better flower. Get it together Territory, WORST MOVE EVER

Worst experience I've had in dispensary lately. The staff was either too busy to deal with me or were too high to help fill my order. I stopped a girl walking by to ask quite simple questions, and she snapped at me that I "have to wait like everyone else" because they "had a lot of orders," when my order had been filled at noon & at this point I'd been outside for over an hour. She didn't even hear me out and just told me to wait in another line. Not to mention that any of these "lines" they had in place were extremely poorly managed. Security was absolutely no help, & when I asked if there was a better way to manage the line they responded with: "yeah we don't have much say. I wish we had signs," when there was signs out there that they weren't even using! Well now that I was finally able to retrieve my online order, I will not be coming back. It's a shame considering how good this place used to be. Stay away

Really nice store, you can't judge this place from the parking lot. Super cool employees, you can tell they are thrilled to be there. I am very satisfied with the 4 strains I picked up 👌👌🔥🔥 Concentrate looked bomb, I know I'll be back 🤙
