Wow the Rude Boi....is probably the secret best strain they have. I shit you not I pack 1 bowl and I struggle to finish it. I am heavy smoker and this hits.

Was told they had two types of live resin before I headed over for 30 minute drive. When I arrived they were “out” of what they told me!!! Then the budtender tells me they wouldn’t say that over the phone. Well, the lady who answered said they had it and to come on in. Not the greatest first time patient experience. I was told the live resin would be white in color which I was looking forward too and the only reason why I drove out there!! Instead I end up with some yellow stuff that I could have elsewhere by my house. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Doubt I will ever go back

territory is doing it right, separate lines for med and Rec. also Med still get our deals. the other dispos need to learn from territory.

This place is THE WORST! If you have all day to wait for them to retrieve your order (90 mins), then go wait in line (15 mins) followed by another wait in your car (45 mins), it's totally your choice. I, however, know of lots of other places around PHX with EXCELLENT service & quality products. STAY AWAY! Go to the Flower Shop or Oasis-- they are close and wonderful to deal with.

Great staff, horrible company, went in for their “50% off select elite live resin cartridges” as a medical patient and went I got their I was advised it was only on their “clearance” carts, which are expired and over a year old. Complete disrespect for the patients who frequented them prior to recreational approval.

Awesome! Okay I just wanna give some serious kudos to their customer service... Super friendly.. I came in today for only the 2nd time... It was a month ago that I came in... The original chic that helped me actually remembered me... That's pretty cool... I have tried their Pineapple Chunk, Arnold Palmer and Jesus OG... I've yet to be dissapointed... Awesome job!!! I’ve been going to Territory in Ahwatukee since they opened. The quality of product has gone down hill immensely. The customer service is awful. The majority of the staff working there treats it like a recreational market as opposed to a medical market. I am a young adult and I have a chronic illness. I was recently at territory and bought some concentrate from AZ nature’s. I was unable to open the product when I got home because of the was they packaged it. I understand Territory didn’t make the product but they have chosen to sell it a medical dispensary. The manager Mike told me he had just opened the same product and had no trouble I proceeded to ask him if he had rheumatoid arthritis and he said no. I then asked why him being able to open said product was relevant. He told me it was not an inconvenience. I had spent $50 on medicine I was unable to use due to packaging. Major inconvenience. I will never be returning to Territory because of this experience and because the horrible people skills the manager Mike has.

So this place used to be the best. They got cheap on everyone and took away all the best deals that even made this place worth coming to. Goodbye concentrate days. Like seriously you guys are that cheap to take away the 20% off concentrate Tuesday’s? You guys are wack asf hate when dispos get all cheap and shit. Oasis has the better deals these days hands down

The quality is on par with other dispensaries. Atmosphere is fine. Service is terrible. Every time I come in a for an express order there is something wrong with it and they have to grab the correct products (this has happened a lot more than 1 time). Not to mention the customer service helpline is atrocious. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to have one customer support number for 3 different dispensaries was a good idea was incredibly wrong. It is so bad that if I have a question I don't even bother calling and they miss my sale completely. This is because it takes over 20 minutes to get the info you're looking for because nobody who answers the phone knows the answer to your question because they themselves are not even in the dispensary.

Changes their specials verbage when you go to pick up, after you've called to verify the details. Stay away from this place, you've been warned!
