Came to check out their top tier strains and payed 50$ for an 8th of Dr.Who that is some mids , so disappointed and far from what other companies are putting out at that price . For my bogo I got Monkey brains mid tier strain but sadly better. Budtender service was alright

The "1st time patient" per leafly states "buy up to 1gram hiklass cart get up to 1gram equal or lesser value". I had never been to a "Territory" dispensary and ordered through the leafly app, 2 hiklass carts thinking it was B1G1. The facility was very easy to get to, clean, didn't wreak of pot😂, atm ($2 fee) and had adequate parking. It appeared busy but not backed up, very fast service. I filled out new patient paperback, provided Drivers lic and digital mmj card. A few minutes later I was called. The bud tender was courteous, cordial but appeared to be new (which is fine). I told her I was a new patient and had a leafly order. She pulled my order than said my total was $65+- I asked about the new patient promo and was told it was for the "concentrate" and pointed to the little refrigerator. I told her I would just take 1 cart. I paid and left. I pulled up the info on leafy and confirmed it said "hiklass cartridge". I went back inside and a manager (young woman dark hair) came over and i explained and she said "yes lets go back over to ...) She tells the girl that yes its bogo, walked away and then came back and said "you have to buy 2 and to get 2 free" Ummm ok that's not what it says on the Leafly app under your dispensary info. It says "up to" ?!? Sooooo needless to say I am all about a great deal and this was not. Im guessing either I interpreted it incorrectly or their deals need explained- to everyone🤷 I unfortunately wont be back because it wasn't honored. Receipt#B0E9CV 11/16/2020 2:20pm

The quality of this dispensary has dropped. The buds are dry to the point it becomes dust and is unsmokable. I’ve tried a couple times to leave for awhile and come back hoping it was a bad batch but it’s not....it’s just horrible. Don’t waste your money on buds that are turn to dust that doesn’t do what it should. I will not be returning to this dispensary

My bud tender appeared to be sick. He was sneezing before I got to his station. As he was ringing my order, he kept touching his runny nose to wipe it, then would touch the register, and then my products to bag. We are in a global pandemic and those things are a huge no,no when directly working with a customer. Also, as I was showing my phone to him so I could show him my order, he reached out and touched my screen to scroll. He then quickly pulled his hand away when I moved my phone like, dude. Don’t touch phones. This was my 2nd visit and potentially my last. The security guard wore his mask under his nose. My bud tender snot-dripped on my phone and product. There wasn’t any sanitizer on the counter, only the dispenser by the door from what I saw. I love the products you sell so I’m pretty bummed about being scared to go back in. Covid safety measures really stand-out during these difficult times.

Nice location in a decent part of the Valley(unlike the seedy areas most dispensaries are located here in AZ). The service was good, I had a very talkative but laid back guy help me. He was pretty informative on the quality of the strains on the menu, and had tried several of them which is always a good thing, as my #1 concern when it comes to flower quality is taste. The quality of the bud I got from the Peak shelf is pretty good. The GSC is a 9.3/10, nice taste, great bag appeal, decent smell. The Purple Larry is like a 8.5/10. My only gripe would be the flower is kind of drier than I'd prefer. I think it's the packaging. It comes in a mini zip lock bag, but is not heat sealed at the top, like most other dispensaries do with pre-bagged meds. It looks like the menu prices are the with tax included, which I always prefer too. Overall a nice place, that I would return to.

I would give zero stars if possible, the little girls who work here should be fired for such horrible customer service, I walked out without buying any meds after they didn't want to honor a first time patient deal that their Power location honors, no trying to make me happy or get me the meds I need, would recommend u go see Matt at the Power location as the workers there actually care about patients, after walking out I drove all the way over to Power location and the manager hooked me up with a first time patient deal for the second time because of how the "ladies" at the other location treated me, avoid this location at all costs

So I usually don’t write negative reviews and I’m not going to use names because my purpose isn’t to hurt anyone’s job, I just want to share my experience in hopes that the business will take these things into consideration. First off, the front desk lady was incredibly nice. I actually wish I had her name, because she deserves a raise or a bonus or something. She was a really small girl with a darker complexion and hair, I think some visible tattoos. She was super helpful and made me feel really comfortable right off the bat. I have anxiety, and going to dispensaries is usually really nerve-wracking. Today the guy that helped me was super passive and didn’t seem eager to help me at all. I told him I wanted to use my first time patient discount and he let me pick out two 8ths and then rushed me to the counter. I had the intention of buying like, $200 worth of items. So I told him I wanted to pick out two more and so I did that, and he rushed me to the counter again. Didn’t ask me if I had questions, didn’t inform me on other deals or anything other than the one table of flower I looked at. I ended up spending half what I planned on spending because I felt like I was burdening him. Like I said, he could have been having a rough day, not feeling well, etc. and honestly I don’t even blame him because I work in the service industry too. I just really want this business to know that people with medical needs visit the establishment everyday, and from my standpoint it didn’t feel very accessible. The flower I did purchase was pretty good though haha

Bud tenders are friendly and I like the open floor atmosphere. But their menu isn’t updated, they have a dumb policy of making you hold on to receipts to get their 2 for 1 deal (they have my purchase history in their computers) and I’ve been here more than five times, not once have I received a discount for Maricopa residents.

I used to love Territory. Won’t be coming back after my DA and receptionist literally laughed at me and chose not to honor a deal they mis-posted. I drove in from Maricopa.. that’s damn near an hour to get your services! And y’all made the mistake of posting the wrong deals online, then won’t honor them in any way OR even try to make it right in any way? Such great customer service. I called back to try to catch another receptionist to explain and at least get some kind of remedy or reassurance and I did get a new one lady on the phone, but she decided to answer the phone laughing, continue to laugh while I was talking, and then say “oh well thank you have a good day”, and hung up. So rude. Cannot believe this was how this was handled. I’m a DA myself. And this is why I go out of my way to give my patients GREAT service, because I know there are other DA‘s out there who don’t care. (clearly) But I will be telling everyone about this Chandler location.

I placed an order online for what was advertised as "Curbside Pickup". When I got to the Territory, they had signs ups pointing on 2 columns indicating curbside pickup. I parked where I saw the curb, only to see a long line down the walkway where other businesses were as well. The security guard comes out and says I still have to wait in the line or my car, even though #1 I placed an order online #2 I anticipated "Curbside Pickup" that was advertised for this dispensary. I then asked for the manager Nick, whom came out and described the wait in line was first come first served, which is not the same as Curbside Pickup. Let's be clear anyone thinking of curbside pickup could easily compare this option as a drive thru fast food restaurant right? No allegedly Curbside Pickup actually means you still wait on the curb, even though your ordered online, expecting curbside pickup. Not only is the advertisement false, you now have patients loitering in front of other businesses. Nick the manager was very professional and by the book, however I was not given an apology, free preroll or anything for the inconveniences. Furthermore, I will second guess before coming back to Territory Chandler because of the misleading advertisement. I have several other choices, but I live up the street from this location so to go somewhere else is a real inconvenience. On my second visit here I purchased 3 grams of concentrates. The next day I went to another dispensary to take advantage of a deal they were offering and they informed I didn’t have enough allotment. After checking Territory had said I purchased 7 grams from them and took 7grams off my allotment. Due to this I was unable to take advantage of the deal or purchase more medicine. Awful experience.

The service that I received on my first visit September 1st 2020 was not good. The boy giving me service at the counter was short tempered, rude, not knowledgable and was slamming things in the counter when I had questions. He did not even know how to properly ring up items. The manager came over to clean up his mess and gave me a free pre roll for my trouble which i appreciated. Also the whole vibe was kinda chaotic and there was no social distancing in the lobby. I doubt that I'll be back.

well I put my order in at 11am during my work shift to make sure I could grab my order after work... well when I got off work and came to grab it, they sold my stuff. I asked why they didn't bag my order up, ive always came for my pre orders, I drove 40 minutes (33 miles) to grab this order. they said I shouldn't make online orders if I can't grab them soon after placing them, well that kinda doesn't make sense to even have online orders then. they offered me replacements that were 4 times the cost. never going back. this place use to be decent but they don't care about their clients.

Twice now I have purchased the Grow science 4 for $100 deal or 2 for $55, and have been charged wrong both transactions , even when the manager has come by both times to make the adjustment, so since me specifically stating I am wanting to purchase that deal and both times have been wrongfully charged, I will no longer be shopping at zen leaf anymore for my medical needs.

The bud tenders need to stop complaining about the changes due to the Coronavirus and have better customer service during these times. It’s not just “marijuana” you’re selling. You’re providing relief. Quit complaining do your job and provide great customer service.

Worst experience I've had in dispensary lately. The staff was either too busy to deal with me or were too high to help fill my order. I stopped a girl walking by to ask quite simple questions, and she snapped at me that I "have to wait like everyone else" because they "had a lot of orders," when my order had been filled at noon & at this point I'd been outside for over an hour. She didn't even hear me out and just told me to wait in another line. Not to mention that any of these "lines" they had in place were extremely poorly managed. Security was absolutely no help, & when I asked if there was a better way to manage the line they responded with: "yeah we don't have much say. I wish we had signs," when there was signs out there that they weren't even using! Well now that I was finally able to retrieve my online order, I will not be coming back. It's a shame considering how good this place used to be. Stay away
