I've had my card for three years now, and have been to every dispensary in the northwest/north valley. I have a high tolerance, and am pretty picky. That being said, this place is incredible. I got an 8th of R2D2, and Bubba Kush. The R2D2 was simply amazing, for a $35 8th. I've had Bubba before, as it's one of my go-to strains, and this batch was fire. The bud tender (Amber...?) was super friendly, didn't rush me at all, was very knowledgeable, and did her job well. The atmosphere is great. It's all one big room, so while a non-patient cannot approach the "bar" area, they can see it. This is great for visitors, who winner what these places are like behind the security door. Also. there a cert. dr. and a parerphenelia shop in the plaza. Bonus! This is officially me new home. :-)

I live about 5 minutes from another dispensary, and I go to this one instead. The flower is such better quality and there are so many more options. love it here!

Today was my first time in and I had Dan help take care of me today. I have to say that this was an amazing experience and I loved the atmosphere here as well as the people. Dan was super helpful and hands down gave great customer service. I will be coming back again.

The bud tenders have been very rude every time I’ve come in. They are short and don’t offer any real help just “an what would you like next”. If you ask a question they give u a bs answer just get you out of there. As a DA and now a manager of a different dispensary I’d never shop here again simply because the customer service is absolute dog sh*t. 0 out of 5 stars

Second time I’ve been burned by them not updating Leafly. They stopped carrying all the stuff I like. It’ll be a while before I return.

It is Thanksgiving day Lotta dispensaries are not open so I went online and looked this one said they’re having a Thanksgiving special deal they do not have a close time I went down there everybody in the store is there yet the door is locked and they said they’re not open I drove 45 minutes to come here just for them to tell me that they’re closed when the website says they’re open there’s no specification for a time I am very upset I drove all the way out here all the lights Ron the open sign was on I am very fucking pissed off that I came out here for no reason to get nothing

I have only been to this store 2 times. Both times I was very disappointed in service. All the staff I dealt with seemed like they were doing me a favor selling me their products. I tried to return one of their own name brand batteries (prob 36 days old) it was such a hassle I just walked out.There are many dispensaries in Phx, I would shop in any other before coming here

Every thing is over priced 50 dollars for gold teir drip wow taxing..... everything on the menu is more that at any other disp on az.

I'm a new patient and this was my first visit to a dispensary. The experience here was awesome. The friendly and knowledgeable staff answered any questions I had and made some great suggestions based off flower my preferences. I'll definitely visit again.

Emerald has been the place i buy from till today i wanted an eighth was told only in a half . very unhappy.you lost a long time customer.finding another dispensary.

Marty was my budtender and very helpful. The customer service was great, and I've enjoyed my few Lil goodies I got when stopping in. I left with a smile on my face from the staff being friendly, chill, and helpful. They have a very open floor plan as soon as you walk in that I have yet to see elsewhere. I believe they are partners with monarch out of Scottsdale which I just went to a week before I came here, and the service was exactly alike in the way they do things. I like that they give me the option to choose from the different grams(or whatever amount) so I can choose the type of buds I prefer.

This place can never get your order correct. I make my order above 60$ so I can get curbside pickup but then get told to come inside because I don’t qualify for curbside pickup. Turns out they just couldn’t read and blamed it on “the system”.

So rude and rushed me out. I won't go back!

I came to this store today to see if what I heard was true. I read the reviews and looked at the menu, and found things I wanted. Bare in mind, that I know what this is, and I am very familiar with all facets. I went in and was blessed with exactly what I had hoped for. A man named Taco (I promise). I had read reviews about him, and was not disappointed. This man is the best cannabis professional I have ever seen. I played stupid to see what the fuss was about and ACTUALLY LEARNED SOME THINGS! I checked up on what he told me and it was true. This man is amazing and I love him! They better keep him for a long time here, because this man has nowhere to go but up! Thank you Taco, you restored my faith in this business, and I'll see you soon for a high five, and some more excellent recommendations!

I bought an 8th of their most expensive flower and it wasn't even an 8th on point smh. I don't think I'll be coming back.
