Curbside pick up is a joke!! Waited for 25 minutes outside text them twice like they say to and ended up going inside to find employees standing around. One of them standing around ended up helping me and told me that there’s other patients in front of me.. the place was empty and I watched for the 25 minutes outside people come and go. I even watched employee’s walk in and out. They really need to get there act together.

I placed an express order through this website (Leafly). Didn't think anything would go wrong... unfortunately I received the wrong items. I had ordered a specific strain that was out but I wasn't notified by anyone & they had failed to update the menu. But they took it upon themselves to pick something else without checking/asking me & stuck me with something I didn't want. Then you can't exchange them because it is a medical thing. Even when I picked it up the patient counselor was unaware of the mix up, so she thought that everything was legit...no communication within themselves. It is not hard to say hey by the way this patient ordered this but we are out of it, reach out to them or inform them when they arrive. I do this for a living as well & I make sure my patients are getting what they ask for, if we are out of stock I actually call or text to inform them. I guess now it is becoming more about the money than the actual culture...such a shame 😒

I have severe social anxiety, and when I went to check if I had any messages from my babysitter while I was being rung up the bud tender stated sternly "if you're going to use your phone put it on the counter top". I understand that there are protocols in place, but a friendly warning would be appreciated as a stern warning was startling and overwhelming.

I did not have a problem with them until they switched their First Time Specials. I was one special away from the bogo on half ounce. They should have at least kept the old First Time Special for the old clients. Dissatisfied.

I've been coming here for 3 years now. This is the first time I'd been able to celebrate 4/20. where better than Emerald?! Well...less than 200 patients in, or less than 90 min after open, and 80% of their flower special stock was gone. I saw hundreds, maybe thousands, of Cape cartridges which I'm sure they still have plenty of. So what did I walk out with to celebrate my first 4/20? A $35 1/2 oz of popcorn bud, that is a standard special every day. The budtender had 0 empathy to being out of stock of every single thing I asked for and a few I didn't. maybe he thought that was acceptable? Maybe more people than just me showed some...frustration. No one was marking off things that were sold out as most of their promotional material would have been useless. Now comes the fanboy love. I'll be going back. I wouldn't abandon my main shop for one botched day. But I feel it needs to be known that today's specials and stock were woefully mismanaged from what I have come to expect from this location. I hope that this will be a one time occurance. Maybe I'll go back in tomorrow to get something...better? than the peasant bud I was forced into today.

I came to this store today to see if what I heard was true. I read the reviews and looked at the menu, and found things I wanted. Bare in mind, that I know what this is, and I am very familiar with all facets. I went in and was blessed with exactly what I had hoped for. A man named Taco (I promise). I had read reviews about him, and was not disappointed. This man is the best cannabis professional I have ever seen. I played stupid to see what the fuss was about and ACTUALLY LEARNED SOME THINGS! I checked up on what he told me and it was true. This man is amazing and I love him! They better keep him for a long time here, because this man has nowhere to go but up! Thank you Taco, you restored my faith in this business, and I'll see you soon for a high five, and some more excellent recommendations!
