I've been coming here for 3 years now. This is the first time I'd been able to celebrate 4/20. where better than Emerald?! Well...less than 200 patients in, or less than 90 min after open, and 80% of their flower special stock was gone. I saw hundreds, maybe thousands, of Cape cartridges which I'm sure they still have plenty of. So what did I walk out with to celebrate my first 4/20? A $35 1/2 oz of popcorn bud, that is a standard special every day. The budtender had 0 empathy to being out of stock of every single thing I asked for and a few I didn't. maybe he thought that was acceptable? Maybe more people than just me showed some...frustration. No one was marking off things that were sold out as most of their promotional material would have been useless. Now comes the fanboy love. I'll be going back. I wouldn't abandon my main shop for one botched day. But I feel it needs to be known that today's specials and stock were woefully mismanaged from what I have come to expect from this location. I hope that this will be a one time occurance. Maybe I'll go back in tomorrow to get something...better? than the peasant bud I was forced into today.

This Shop Blows . I used online pick up go all the way to the shop for them Not To have my Strain and then they lie and say they texted my phone and when I pull out my phone to prove the lie They yell at me for using my phone. Won't be coming back

WOOw! the service. I came in on a first time vist and had an issue with one of my carts. Emerald crew was cool enough to help me out. I swapped out master kush, which is a bummer, but scooped that sour afghan kush which is working well. Check this shop out!

I have severe social anxiety, and when I went to check if I had any messages from my babysitter while I was being rung up the bud tender stated sternly "if you're going to use your phone put it on the counter top". I understand that there are protocols in place, but a friendly warning would be appreciated as a stern warning was startling and overwhelming.

I did not have a problem with them until they switched their First Time Specials. I was one special away from the bogo on half ounce. They should have at least kept the old First Time Special for the old clients. Dissatisfied.

I went in for the free birthday preroll and was told up front I could and when I got the female budtenderer told me I had to buy an eighth to get my free preroll. It was my first and last visit. The bud tender was rude and I am very disappointed.

I found 10 seeds in my eighth of pudding pop.. It was a premium strain so i definatlely wasnt expecting it... Kinda lame.

Did phone order and ended up with popcorn AGAIN! They're not the only dispensary that does this and I'm tired of not being given a choice. I would have said no the popcorn. won't be back.

New ownership. No more Infusion products, points suck, raised senior discounts to 65, bad quality on select products, higher prices on product I can find elsewhere. This used to be my go-to place for my medicine. No longer. Don't waste your time or money here. Now looking for a closer and cheaper, more friendly place.

They raised their prices on EVERYTHING??? This place is a joke now. They want 100 for a qtr of Aeriz flower rebranded under "reserve". Curaleaf has the same exact aeriz flower for 72 a qtr and sometimes bogo on aeriz which makes it under 20 an 8th. They charge the highest for Grow Sciences in the state as well..

very clean! prices and flower is great! the front desk is very helpful, fun and just an around great atmosphere here.
