At first the service was nice. me and my mother both have a card. anyways my mom's pulls up cannapages on her phone 1 girl said they cant accepted it and that it had to be on paper the 2 girl said they would print the coupon out for her. and then a second later another lady out of nowhere runs over to the girl and said we dont do that. if one of your employees said they would honor the coupon and print it out you should honor it and then tell the employee after you dont offer that. it's better to take 1 small lost then lose a loyal customer. it's just the right thing to do if you work in customer service. and I won't be returning and I'll be letting everyone ik that has a card not to go to any territory locations...

5 stars on everything... except quality. Quality deserves 6 stars. I saw MK Ultra on their menu and nearly sprinted down there. I haven’t seen legitimate MK Ultra in a while, this is it though. Potent, deliciously nostalgic, and instant relief. Thank you Territory for always going out of your way to make sure that you carry absolutely top notch meds in a professional and friendly atmosphere. And thank you, House Exotics for growing it! This is literally the best strain I’ve had since I went and got my card, over 5 years ago. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

I spend on average $60-$100 every week. I drive 45 minutes to get there as it’s one of the closest decent places to me. I do expect them to answer the phone or at least return my call (having left voicemails) regarding they’re hours. Because I drive so long to get there I wanted to know if they were still open despite the curfew. But never got a call back. I also called to inquire about the price of a puff coat Vape that I would have bought from them if they would have returned my car again left another voicemail because they couldn’t answer. I feel like a jerk because I chewed them out about this, but I’m not really expecting that much from them I just wanna know if they’re gonna be open and how much the price of something is. Their actual budtenders are definitely nice and will help you try to get a deal so that’s much appreciated. I’m honestly going to keep coming back because of their deals, the bud tenders, and the rewards system. But please as someone who is a fan of your store can you please work on your guys front office communication. Thanks you guys rocks

Came to pick up an online order. Stood in line for 20 mins while watching atleast a dozen walk up customers that came in after me leave before me. How does it make sense to have 10 registers open for walk up and 1 for online orders? Tighten it up zen.

This dispensary is great! It’s in a nice part of town and even though they didn’t have a security guard at the door I felt very safe. All the ladies who helped me were very nice and informative. I will definitely go back for the great environment and great deals on edibles.

It was my first time ordering on line and it was a bit confusing . The line was not bad and went quick. Once inside the corrected my order since I was confused online all in all good experience. The staff is always happy and friendly. Gilbert Territory is my first choice.
