I can’t say enough about the customer service here. They are so helpful and patient! No answer at one store (they were super busy) called another to check on my order, they stayed on the phone with me got a hold of the other dispensary after having to get a managers cell phone at that location because all of their phone lines were engaged. They got me my status and the driver was here on time! Called to ask about strains just now, Sherry at the call desk was so helpful and is one of the most knowledgeable dispensary staff members I have ever met! She knows her stuff. Inventory is quality and not just in house but sourced around the valley! I highly HIGHLY recommend!

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dispo yet. Staff are super friendly, and the budtender was very helpful. Got 3 single grams of peak and they are all some tasty fire :3 10/10 would recommend!

Wow first off, the atmosphere was so chill and very welcoming! The service was amazing! Travis really helped educate us on the benefits of the different products we were considering! If it wasn’t for his great customer service and communication skills, we probably wouldn’t have walked out with the best experience! And Quality, just wow. Best I’ve had in awhile!! I definitely 10/10 recommend Territory, I’ll definitely be back again, SOON! 😁

Only took ten minutes. Ftp and all! I walked up without placing the order online. Placed it within two minutes, and I was leaving with my meds BEFORE the confirmation even hit my phone! Surprising fast, maybe a fluke?? Na, this place was pretty good!

I keep forgetting to ask her name, but today was the second time she has helped me and she has ALWAYS been super sweet and professional with me. Ive had nothing but a good experience shopping, here, Territory. 👍🏼😀👍🏼
