I've been using this location for about a year and a half, as both a recreational and medical patient. When I first started using the dispensary it was wonderful, but since then, quality has seen a SHARP decline. Very few covid restrictions were ever in place, and there is no room to social distance inside the facility. They also no longer have separate lines for medical and recreational customers, meaning that once you're scanned in, there's just as long a wait, regardless of what type of customer you are. They also recently did away with separate menus for med and rec, despite still having two "separate" pages. The staff that I previously found helpful and knowledgeable seem to have either left or been replaced, and now I feel like going in is a game of Russian roulette with whether I'll get someone friendly that makes me feel welcome, or someone who makes me feel like my very presence is an affront to them and I'm wasting their time. I've had multiple instances of hearing staff talking crap about customers when they think they can't be heard, or even when they can be. The product is often hit or miss, and rarely reflects the weight listed on the package, often short by up to .5g for flower or shake. There seems to be a very high staff turnover, poor organization, and abundant technical difficulties. They do a poor job of keeping information such as supply and hours up to date. Policies seem to be ever changing, and they do not keep their customers updated. Whether or not they accept debit depends on the day, and the rewards system often misses purchases and does not add the appropriate points. Some budtenders are fantastic, but several I have consulted with recently have been less than knowledgeable, and I was ultimately better off with a cursory Google search than asking staff. I'm heartbroken by the way my favorite dispensary has fallen by the wayside, and can only help that the new location sees resolution to some of these issues. Otherwise I will be looking for a new medical dispensary

The dispensary is so loud that you can't hear what anyone is saying and the line of questioning about my disability felt way more invasive than it needed to be, I was pressured into disclosing information about my disability that I did not want to share just to pick up my online order. definitely the worst out of the 4 dispensaries I have visited.

I have been a dozen of times and everything has gone well, friendly staff and decent choice of product. Loved the curbside pickup, but unfortunately the state has down away with it. Which is hogwash, but that's a whole nother rant. Love that there is 2 lines, one for medical and rec. This helps speed up the process. Would love to see more choices for topical and canna mists on the menu. Literally like 4 to choose from every time. The one huge draw back, it's so loud. Voices just radiate in the building since it such a huge open space.

St Charles IL location- If you like waiting 2 hours to get your drugs then go here! Plus all the employees are sick with the VIrus and the company doesn't seem to care. Pretty sad. Sad to see sick employees working because they can't stay home. Find a better dispensary that's properly staffed and cares about their employees. I will never support a company who doesn't take care of their employees health.

The staff was willing to surf the website for the various items I was looking for and place an online order for me despite being busy on 4/20. They also threw in several free gifts for the occasion, who doesn't like a free pack of pre-rolls? ...and if you know what to look for, one can walk out with some great deals too!

I just received a recommendation from Zen Leaf (see below comment) for me to contact them at their support email. If Zen Leaf personnel actually read the email thread instead of answering with a standard ‘pat’ reply in this forum; they’d see that I’ve sent multiple emails to two different addresses, one of them the ‘support’ email. In my most recent correspondence with them I asked for reconsideration of their decision not to reimburse me for shortages and an incorrect order. That was a week ago. So now the ball is in Zen Leaf’s court—I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this. The silence in response to very valid concerns I outlined in recent unanswered emails—-that speaks volumes.
