Great medicinal dispensary with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Second time there today after s very positive first experience months ago and really disappointed by the service. Asked for gummies and was given drops. The budtender didn’t seem to care and charged me anyway— seemed like he just wanted me gone. Not happy with the product. Won’t be coming back.

I just recently got around to renewing my card and I was a patient back when the program first started. When I arrived I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner by each member of the staff. I had no clue that this location was once Healthway Services which I had been to in the past until one of the employees mentioned I was in the system already under a different QP (it changed when I renewed). Even with a rush of patients I was tended to quickly and was even given a $5 coupon for when I return. Excellent service. Excellent selection. And much better prices from what I remember in the past.

They rock but a few things: no comfortable seating while going through the menu, it feels very cold and uncomfortable as you stare at a paper menu and are stared at by those behind the counter. Also, hard time getting the strains I really like. But, they really are awesome friendly!!

Very nice facility, very attentive and helpful staff but the menu is severely lacking. I have experience with a previous dispensary in the area and their menu was at least two times bigger. Their cartridge menu is a joke. $70 for 500mg and I’ve regularly spent the same for twice as much at the previously mentioned dispensary. Aside from the lackluster selection, it’s a very nice facility with great staff.

The staff and product are the best. Other states with legal recreational don't have half the selection they have here. Plus the people are friendly, helpful and will know you by your first name.

I love this place every time I go. They are always extremely helpful and polite. I rarely wait more than a couple of minutes to pick up my online order. They are rarely out of what I want. The reward system is actually pretty good. The variety is absolutely amazing. I need a variety of products for different purposes and I always feel I have more than enough choices for each. Since the times of social distancing I have loved what they have been doing. They clean every 30 minutes (I even saw someone wiping blinds down with Clorox wipes), they limit people in both parts of the facility, they are all wearing gloves and face masks. Product is always fresh according to labels. I even brought home an item that’s safety seal was broken when I got home. I was concerned they would not replace it and try to say it was not their fault. They gave me an email address to contact and I had a full refund within 2 business days. I don’t imagine me ever going somewhere else.

Second time i've been attend by this patient care advisor Ariel she knows what it she's doing. I was taken care of with a friendly manner, straight to the point without any pushing just fluent transition from going to pick up my online order in the back room coming back quick with no lag then scanning the product with reasonable time while paying attention what she's doing. Had me in and out and that's what I love to see. The rest of the tellers should take notes

This place is absolutely terrible from the rude ass rent a cops to the weee is so dam dry.. prices suck and weed sucks dry as dirt want my money back.. wouldn't ever go back unless I see a 20 dollar 8th..

U should have a line for ur Handicap ppl that can't stand long I'm just saying

Extremely helpful. If the person helping is unsure they find out. Very knowledgeable about what is best to get based on the information I provided.

This place doesn't care about medical patients

This place is a total joke. The morons that run this place will eventually find out you have to pay attention to customer service. Waited almost an hour for a curbside pick up. Had to go inside to ask where my order was or request a refund. What a s$%t show! I was once told by a budtender that she didn't care if customers were pissed because they own everything. You're going to fail here verano if you don't get your heads out of your asses! Hire professionals like the people that worked here when this place opened! I think people are tired of rainbow colored hair idiots that don't know how to do their job!

Zenleaf has dropped the ball again. The staff in St. Charles knew nothing about the Cabbage Club swag bag that was to be given out starting 12/17/2024 They have nothing for the Cabbage Club members. You cannot reach the store via telephone and as the employees say the people in Florida know less than they do

online ordering/reservations are pointless, 75% of the customers just show up and have to scroll thru options on a iPad for however long they feel like before making a purchase. meanwhile the people who actually order online have to waste time waiting in line behind them. and what are the actual hours. website says 4pm -10pm so I showed up early to a good waiting and 20 rec customers were all ready inside shopping

Best dispensary in the area hands down. Casey was very helpful. Much better than going to north aurora and walking up30 floors of stairs only to be able to buy one $80 8th lol

The staff there are wonderful. So helpful and patient. So many options out there for consumption! Back in my day it was a joint or a 1 hitter box or a bowl. So this is a whole new experience for me. I have to give a special "Thank You" to my girl Karina. She has taken the time to educate me. Now I know how to use the app and can check ahead of time to see what they've got available before you go over. Again thank you Karina for such exceptional service!!
