Zero customer service. There is no way to contact anyone. No on line chat. If you have questions about inaccuracies on your license, you can forget it! This will be discovered once you have submitted money to state for license. So total loss at this place was $225. Plus $50 to state.

The medical examiner was great. Straight forward and very professional. I was approved in October but it's now March and I have not received my medical card or any email updates. I can check online and see that the status is active and current but can't actually use the card because it hasn't been mailed or emailed. Feels like I was a ripped-off. I wouldn't recommend anyone waste the money for the medical marijuana card.

I was seen by the VA MJ card "provider" on Dec 20, 2021-told I was approved and when I attempted to ask a question, was told that all other questions would be soon answered in an email to follow.
Guess what-it's now Feb 2, 2022 and I still have not received an email with instuctions about signing into VA Bd of medicine and other necessary info

My provider was early for my appointment and was super professional and kind. All the questions she asked didn't seem intrusive or rude and she answered any questions that i may have. I was nervous before my appointment, but my provider was comforting and reassuring throughout the process!

I could see the interviewer, but he said he could not see me. I had seen my image on the screen while in the waiting room. He said he did not care what I had seen, I had to fix it! I turned my camera off and then on, and it worked. He asked why I wanted the card. I was speaking about my situation, then he cut me off and asked if I had ever smoked weed. I said yes. He asked if I ever had a problem with weed. I said no. Then he said I was approved. He never smiled and was rude.

My experience with the Provider and the intake staff was Phenomenal, quick, and easy. Went to the website, on Thursday, scheduled my appoint completed my intake form and paid. I received my certification on Tuesday. Went to the dispensary the same day, the staff at the dispensary staff were professional, knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. They explained the different strains of the medication available and will assist you based on your personal needs.

I had the BEST and easiest experience with VMC...I scheduled my appointment, had my interview with the Nurse Practitioner, which took all of 5 to 10 minutes TOTAL...then 10 minutes later I received my written certification through my email which I printed out and 30 minutes after I received my certification I was at the nearest dispensary able to enjoy medical Marijuana. The process is so quick and easy...it should be illegal 🤣🤣🤣

Appt was on time, with right information. Follow instructions and have the information correct and was an easy streamlined process. Waiting 30 days on pharmacy board now. At least certification was easy. So its 30 days on board and another 21 days to mail card. So all together looking at about two months total give or take and have to renew annually or have to go through the whole process again.

The NP was friendly and very professional. She explained things clearly and in a friendly way. She provided all the appropriate warnings but also encouragements as well. Overall an excellent experience

I just started the more natural way of doing things after years of prescriptions and am getting away from that. My children and other medical professionals urged me to try this. The NP was kind and courteous and I was approved.
I received in my email immediately a copy of everything and my name was backwards....I called the number back, they fixed it and gave me the number of the other portion and that gentleman was kind and professional and I received in my email immediately the corrected copy.
I appreciate the non-judgement. I live in chronic pain and nausea and just want a better quality of life.

I submitted all the requisite documentation and payments 6 weeks ago. I have received no confirmation the documents were received and my application is indeed progressing. The application and payment process went smoothly, but I am concerned that I have had no contact or response.

I had my appointment yesterday & was extremely uncomfortable with the way I was spoken too. Not only was I denied but was told medical marijuana, (which I am extremely educated in & have been medicating with for years) would possible induce mania putting me at risk of suicide. The whole appointment was ridiculous to say the least. The nurse practitioner was not in the least bit educated enough to be in the medical marijuana field. Waiting for my refund.

Communications were timely. Information sharing excelled in managing my expectations. And the interviewer was knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions.

I have only had my video appointment, but the paperwork that I reviewed afterward seemed to indicate I was only getting cbd oil. I’m frustrated by this possibility because I spent a LOT of money applying for medical marijuana usage and cbd oil is completely legal and does not do anything beyond act like a sleeping pill; it does nothing to ease pain, resolve anxiety or depression. I’m deeply concerned about this!

My interview was extremely pleasant! My doctor was knowledgeable and very informative, taking time to answer the questions I had about the whole process. The young lady I also spoke with, was very professional, pleasant and helpful.

Change med from IL to VA was pleasant, fast and efficient. I have not tried buy my medicine yet but I have noticed low thc options and more cbd. I'm interested to feel the effects VA products.

Trying navigate the VA website and contact a provider was tiresome. Numbers and location were not accurate. Using this online provider cut thru connecting me with a provider setting up the appointment, sending reminders, trouble shooting guide, I felt supported and they have provided a very positive customer service experience. Worth every penny.

I had my renewal yesterday, no issues. My CNA was a smooth operator on the phone. She was ideally qualified so I was happy to go through it. I don't like that I have to renew every year but if that's what it takes it's all good.
Listen folks, this is serious to know.
On the street, it's possible to purchase fentyl lace Mary Jane. You will not know. No smell or anything, BUT, as my cousin has stated to me fm NC (NOT LEGAL), 6 people have died by purchasing and using laced Marijuana. Buyers beware. We are at the right place folks. Be thankful.
