I have done everything that I have been asked to do and paid all the money they have asked which was not easy to do but I am still waiting for approval or denial, and it has been over a month. This does not make since at all. Take the money right away give the product right away also.

I had a fantastic experience. I did everything on my phone including my intake interview. Had my digital card within seconds of completing my appointment with the doctor. I was able to immediately reach out to a dispensary and picked up my first order within 5 hours of receiving my digital card. I would recommend this to any Virginia resident who is serious about becoming part of the medical marijuana community

Second visit and it was flawless. Doctor was very nice.. Scheduling the appointment was a little confusing but the lady I spoke with was very helpful.

There was a little confusion on the prescription vs. the actual card, but I can see an improvement in the process since I received my cannabis license last summer. Everyone I have dealt with has been a pleasant and painless experience. Thank you for believing in medical cannabis!

I’m “old skool” and you will find my name on numerous “legalize marijuana” petitions from the late 1970’s when I attended college. So, I say, finally, when this whole non-sense of restricting access to weed, especially because of the health benefits. I can tell you that this was a seamless and fast application. When I had questions which was 3X in a fur day period, I was connected to the “please wait, someone will with you as soon as possible” queue and within one to minutes I was connected to a representative. Easy peasy. I was a little slow gathering all of the required documentation and I received kind reminders.that included an explanation of possible a delay, if the required documentation was recieved in less than 72 hours. That was fair enough. I did my best and I successfully submitted it. On the day of my appointment I received the promised information of how to proceed. I was having trouble logging on (how embarrassing, but I got over it) but got a phone call looking for me when I was able to explain my difficulties. I got past them and when I called, through the same phone system, I was connected with a representative and from that point the interview began and then concluded. —-I read one really negative comment and I was submitted to nothing at all. As for the costs, etc. Rules, guidelines and such have rapidly advance and there is a certain amount of responsibility is on the applicant, so… I was approved and I am about to make some paper copies of my approval and trust getting to used a Medical Marijuana facility will go just as smooth.

The help line for appointments is very understaffed, but helpful if you can eventually get through to a real person. The medical professional who interviewed the person for whom I'm caregiver was excellent, caring, and patient with his impaired speech and movements We applied to renewed our license in advance of the expiration, of course! But after all of the forms, payment and issues with the site saving our documentation, and another successful interview/online appointment where we were told it was all approved, I received an email today that said the current license had not yet expired and we needed to re-apply when it had expired!!

The people are very easy to deal with, very accommodating, very responsive. But there are glitches in the online process. I set the appointment, paid the fee and completed the intake form. Subsequently I received messages telling me that I had not completed the intake form and not paid the fee. I was required to fill out a new intake form, because the form changed for 2022. I had to prove that I'd paid the fee. I had to send driver's licenses multiple times. I will say this, Virginia Medical Marijuana Card site is better than Virginia Department of Health Professionals, which is a gludgy mess.

I had a great renewal appointment. The clinicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and non-judgemental. My only suggestion would be an updated appointment scheduling mechanism in the EHR platform. My appointment last year for my initial card was rescheduled 4 times. This year my appointment was confirmed for a certain time, then the day of the session my apt time was moved and I was not alerted until a few minutes before my initially scheduled time. There is room for improvement but a great service overall!

I was very nervous in taking this next step and everyone I spoke to from the initial phone call to the doctor who approved my application due to my severe health issues were absolutely incredible. I felt heard and understood and that they genuinely cared with helping me navigate the process and getting access to medication that actually HELPS my conditions. I finally have hope.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was having technical issues on my end during registration so I called for assistance and I was helped immediately. I had my interview and was approved. Within a few days my certification email came through. I had to call and request it be resent. Again the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and very pleasant, within 30 minutes I had my certificate.

This is the third year that I have dealt with this company. The first time was a little rough but I was able to get all I needed within a little wait time. The PA's have always been very professional and knowledgeable. It hasn't been perfect due to things that were out of our control but it was an easy procedure. Thank you for your help.

Quick, easy and so worth it. Despite what the 1 star reviewers say the true price is only 150 dollars (and possibly a 50 dollar fee;only if you want the physical card). Nowadays they just email you a certificate of which can be taken to any dispensary in VA or DC.

I had been on the fence about using a service of this nature, but wow!! These folks made this really intimidating process beyond simple. Shenise was excellent and took time to ask me questions, but also answer my questions. The online process was a breeze and easier than my grocery app! :) I highly recommend working with this great team of folks in the wonderful state of VA!!
