First time buying, very kind and helpful from opening the door to enter and to leave…vast variety of items…I didn’t realize with my brand new certificate that morning I would be able to purchase….was like a dream ….thank you all very much. I wish it costs a teeny bit less ;)

The nurse practitioner was professional and friendly. Both of us had technical difficulties with the online interface, but once these were overcome, the interview went quickly. Got my digned certificate the same day. Card no longer needed—I can use the $50 card fee to purchase cannabis!

I’m “old skool” and you will find my name on numerous “legalize marijuana” petitions from the late 1970’s when I attended college. So, I say, finally, when this whole non-sense of restricting access to weed, especially because of the health benefits. I can tell you that this was a seamless and fast application. When I had questions which was 3X in a fur day period, I was connected to the “please wait, someone will with you as soon as possible” queue and within one to minutes I was connected to a representative. Easy peasy. I was a little slow gathering all of the required documentation and I received kind reminders.that included an explanation of possible a delay, if the required documentation was recieved in less than 72 hours. That was fair enough. I did my best and I successfully submitted it. On the day of my appointment I received the promised information of how to proceed. I was having trouble logging on (how embarrassing, but I got over it) but got a phone call looking for me when I was able to explain my difficulties. I got past them and when I called, through the same phone system, I was connected with a representative and from that point the interview began and then concluded. —-I read one really negative comment and I was submitted to nothing at all. As for the costs, etc. Rules, guidelines and such have rapidly advance and there is a certain amount of responsibility is on the applicant, so… I was approved and I am about to make some paper copies of my approval and trust getting to used a Medical Marijuana facility will go just as smooth.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the appointment online, but it was fast, to the point; and I was approved immediately. I'm nervous about the whole idea of using Medical Cannabis; don't care about 'getting high', but would like less pain and inflammation so I can live my life more normally. I don't know if it's even going to work for me or not, but virginiamarijuanacard.com has made the certification process *much* easier. Especially considering the alternative was to use the VA Dep't of Health's big long list of Certification doctors, which isn't sortable by area and doesn't list the doctor's specialty - just the doctor's name, town name, and phone number - NOT helpful. The 'after care' from virginiamarijuanacare.com was nice - the email had links to Dispensaries, blog articles about Medical Cannabis, educational articles talking about the varieties and what medical marijuana is - all things you need to understand when you're a newbie like me. It was definitely worth the $169.00; and I think that fee may be medically deductible on Federal taxes,too.

My renewal, like my initial, visit went great! My only suggestion, and I did speak with someone (who was also very nice and helpful) at Cannabis Control -- I was unable to download the PDF for my certificate..it only showed the left side margin. Was told that there is a recognized glitch in the system, that I can use the email with the attachments. That works OK. And tge people at Lynchburg Dispensary put that email in the system. But I like having the certificate.

Everything was quick and efficient. The woman I spoke to was very professional, thorough, and friendly. My card came to me immediately in my email after I was approved and my appointment ended. Also, I have actually had an opportunity to try one product from the dispensary as I was gifted it as a wedding present last year. The process to obtain the card is definitely worth it.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and no nonsense interview. I love that I received texts reminders for my appointment. The digital copy was available within 5 to 10 mins after the call. Going to my local dispensary today. Thank you to the practioner for being patient with me as I was very emotional explaining my need. Thank you again.

Tele-med consultation went just as the customer support and emails had explained. I was at a lost to find a dispensary and use the newly acquired license, but within 24 hrs after I received the links to both physical and digital cards another email arrived providing info on where and how to shop for legal medical marijuana for either pickup or home delivery. Needless to say, I am a very excited as I expect my products at my front door tomorrow morning. Thank you!

Renewal was perfect! No problems. It would be better if the certificate was easier to save and foreword.

My initial connection with the Doctor (on her side) was spotty, but she called me back immediately and I was very impressed. All went well.

Very competent Tele medical appointment. Dr. very direct and easy to speak with. The whole process was very positive.

Second visit and it was flawless. Doctor was very nice.. Scheduling the appointment was a little confusing but the lady I spoke with was very helpful.

I followed the process and it worked out perfect - 100%. Made an appointment, paid my fee for appt, confirmed appointment, answered questionaire texted and met with a Clinical Nurse Practitioner. Questions about your health and quality of living are asked and the request for use is evaluated Professionally and non-judgemental. Highly recommended Five Stars for sure! Romaine

Staff was super friendly and professional. They asked me some basic questions about my health and were able to help me get my certificate in under an hour !

My online meeting went very well. It was on time and very professional. The lady that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. The instructions that I received to apply to the state were extremely helpful. I completed and submitted all documents quickly and easily in just a few minutes and I am now waiting on my card. Virginia Marijuana Card is a wonderful organization that wants to help you to manage your condition. The physicians are considerate, they listen to the symptoms you are experiencing, and they try to help. The telemedicine is a convenient feature and helps with the angst we sometimes experience before a medical appointment. I appreciate this organization.

15 minute telemedicine appointment. 15 minutes later I had my certificate via email. Lady said no need to pay $50 for card. VA doesn’t require it along July 1
