If you are already tired, this will turn you into a space cadet and may not provide the relaxed giggles you might get otherwise.

Earthy taste, like a spoonful of dirt. Not a flavor I would go out of my way for, yet I don’t hate it. The onset of couchlock took about 10 minutes and has the pull of a tractor beam, there is no escape. My body is relaxed and my limbs feel like they weigh hundreds of pounds. My mind is still pretty sharp which is surprising, usually I get dumb when I’m high. True indica at work and it feels so nice. I’m going to crawl into bed and float like a cloud to sleep.

The Middle East is home to the Fertile Crescent, the birthplace of civilization. It is also home to some of my favorite marijuana strains. When I smoke Afghani, I can almost feel the mountain air against my skin and the sun beating down on me. I can picture the arid mountains and the fields of crops and pastures of farm animals. I have a soft spot for landrace strains, and Afghani is one of my favorite. A strong indica that never once left me glued to the couch. The taste is unique and very good. It also left me holding my ribs in pain from laughing so hard for so long. I prefer sativas to indicas, especially for daytime use, but I will choose this over most sativas any day. I highly recommend this strain, and any strain with Afghani lineage (Double Afghan Chunk by Prime Wellness is some of the best marijuana I have ever smoked).

This strain is absolutely lovely. It's a very mellow and sets in gradually. It relaxed me but not to the point of heavy couch locked Indica, but if you sit down for too long it's a very real possibility. It felt clear and functional as well, so it's not game over if you smoke it while you still have things to do. The smoke is light and sweet with an earthy and slightly citrus undertone.

This strain is fantastic, I love it. I have a pretty severe case of OCD and depression, which, (given the current situation in the world) are starting to act up again. Because of that, I started having a hard time sleeping. So, finally, frustrated as anything, I decided to give Afghani a try. Let me tell you, it did the trick. My brain is finally quiet for a few minutes.

By far my favourite nighttime strain. As I have Relapse Remitting MS, this completely relieves of any pain, muscle spasms etc and makes it easy to drift off and into a deep sleep.

Good strain for the initial high. As you come down, you have an awful headache.

Alright... well I’m glad to see I wasn’t the only one here that wasn’t as pleased with the taste as what it does for pain and sleep. Man... I can’t really explain but I haven’t found anything better for both. Honestly the taste doesn’t bother me because of what it helps. Great! Amazing! Oh and something, something.... Oh the ADHD! Yeah it helps there too!
