when I started smoking pot again as an adult after being hit by a car I was scared. I was almost 2 yrs clean, working a 12 step program where pot is considered just as bad as heroin or meth. My mom has had her card since the registry has opened up, she was probably 1 if the 1st 10 to do the mmu app lol. So in the beginning it was very hard for me, I was in pain, depressed and scared so basically EVERY strain gave me anxiety besides this one (especially sativa) This strain took gave me physical and MENTAL relief. I was feeling SO guilty bc I couldn't tell anyone in AA, but it finally gave me that moment of clarity enabling me to see things from outside of my own perception. This strain is now my go to for being at work (I work with onsite customers in a fast paced environment so I cant be all stoned out. this strain is amazing thank u for whoever's created this strain🙏 and for the record I have over 2nhalf years clean thanks to AA and MEDICAL MARIJUANA
I picked this up at the advice of a cheap ass bud tender. $10 a gram, so I thought I'd give it a go.
At first I had a few minutes of mild anxiety and slight paranoia, but then that faded.
Two bowls in… my head feels soft and dreamy, like it's caught in a gentle whirlpool. Some of my usual sativas are energetic like caffeine, but this strain delivers a nice relaxed head high and loads of creativity. This morning, I was puzzling out an abstract painting in my head, and after a few hits of Dutch Hawaiian, the composition just all fell into place.
This is only my first time trying this strain, but so far, it feels similar to a Blue Dream high with just the right mix of body and head effects. Also helping with neck pain.
**** I've smoked this again a few times since my initial review, and it has consistently had the same effect. This is an amazing strain for any creative person. I am a painter and a writer and I have recently produced some of my best work while enjoying this wonderful Dutch Hawaiian strain. I'll pick it up anytime it's available.
When Dutch Hawaiian in flower form isn't available at my local shops, I make my own hybrid by combining Hawaiian with Dutch Treat. Voila! That's a bowl of happiness right there.
Everything that I consume is for holistic pain relief and medicinal use so finding a stain that hits like Ray Rice in an elevator is a bitch. The way this stuff knocks out pain is absolutely remarkable, the downside to that is it eventually knocks me out too. I'm not complaining, I don't sleep enough as it is - however that means I only consume this as needed, at home with no intentions or obligations. Between lighting up and establishing low earth orbit, the journey is truly profound. Meditative, deeply therapeutic and pleasantly cerebral.
Since 2018 this has been a staple in my medicine box. It can replace an adderall dose. It takes away autoimmune daily body aches (the awareness of body aches), it’s a reactionary buffer for emotionally passionate responding people. It kick starts executive function for ND people that struggle with it. It has aided my journey in becoming a more peaceful parent. Adding it to any product that isn’t as effective as you wanted always helps. It can definitely make you feel like your brain finally works correctly. It helps slow down sensory input and prevents panic attacks from sensory overload (4 kids with whiny voices complaining all at once). These are the great parts of this product. If I had to list a downside, and this is not even really a bother, but it could be for some, it is great at turning the brain on, but not great at shutting it down. Definitely not for bedtime. The other being product availability in Florida. Unfortunately, I am only able to find this at Trulieve in Jacksonville and their service isn’t as great a quality as their products. Seems the prices are also steep for the level of service they offer vs product availability. Recommend in any form as it does offer the same results across the board. The vape does seem to require more frequent use than the 6-8 hour flower or edible use. I am hoping to find this in RSO one day.
Recently obtained Hawaiian Dutch top shelf flower. Large beautiful buds with orange hairs and loaded with visible trichomes. Tested at 28.5% THC . The bud is so strong that I repeatedly have been unable to smoke even two bowls in a day!! sweet tropical taste .Wonderful High - Very strong on the Hawaiian side with some Dutch Treat body effects. Doubt that any stoner could finish more than a bowl in one sitting - one hitter for the novice. The intense high is 4-6 hours long -reminiscent of the the 70's Maui Wowee. Great for any activity -very spiritual. For the Christian, your ability to pray will be greatly enhanced - have never felt the tangible love of Jesus so strongly. Mostly sativa dominant - very trippy - the high will linger for hours,
I feel like Dutch Hawaiian is a great strain for mellowing out and de-stressing. Good for some giggles, without being too intense.
This strain scarred me, unfortunately. I dabbed a moderate amount of Dutch Hawaiian wax and from the beginning of the high I felt anxious, paranoid, and panicked. It morphed into a full-blown weed panic attack that lasted over an hour and was so uncomfortable I almost called an ambulance. I don't usually write reviews but felt like I would be doing other people a potential disservice if I didn't mention my experience with this strain. The only other strain to ever give me similar feelings is Gorilla Grapes. Don't recommend if you suffer from anxiety or are prone to panic attacks.
Very flavorful sweet citrus taste, burns slow, great head and body high, didn't give me cotton mouth, made my eyelids sagg, this overall is one of the best strains I have smoked in my life, and I'm 49 yrs old. Lol ! Would most likely be buying this again. Also is available at Trulieve Dispensary on 103 Boston Road Edgewater FL 32141 the weed finder says it's not available in my area, and it is ! I just went to the dispensary yesterday and bought it $53.00 an 1/8th +tax
