Sweet yet Piney, Very Skunky. instantly took a hold of my head, I got 3 major head rushes and the 5th hit give me the giggles with every bong hit my buzz intensified slowly and my pain eased away. It took about 5 hits to get to where I wanted to be, I prefer to smoke less, but I would not turn it away. Very smooth smoke. I'd recommend this strain to anyone who wanted to get stoned yet be coherent.

I haven't written a review in awhile but wanted to comment on this particular strain. I have migraines and fibromyalgia. I purchase this strain in a cartridge for easier use. I have to say Flo is very good for relieving pain. I can take it any time of the day without feeling high which is what I need. The taste is very mellow. I definitely recommend this strain for pain.

Mellow strain, felt calm and collected but at the same time a little more awake and aware.

After seeing this strain all around, I finally decided to try it (may have had it previously, but can't recall if so). This is a very nice strain but I honestly don't really know how I should describe it. All I can say is that after smoking a bit of it I get this lingering haze effect, like I never fully come down from the high, which is quite a nice sensation. Definitely recommend to use for anxiety, depression, and/or nausea and I use it to curb those.

Wow this was incredible!! I read someone on here saying this was a good strain for ADD, and that it was. I got so happy and productive with this one. I cleaned my whole room and did a lot more than I would if I had just had coffee or something. Had no anxiety at all. It cleared my mind and enabled me to do the tasks I had to get done. I had been putting off some of this stuff for months and once I smoked this, I just did it all. Smoking this was also very smooth on the throat. Got this at insa Easthampton. I am so happy

If you've ever had an avacado and the answer is yes, then this hits the nail on the head! Or should I say, it puts the knife on the pit. Anyways my dad left when I was 4, and I've been smoking to recover. He was unhappy and he had to leave for space. I feel like I'm my dad right now. I'm in space. 10/10 would recommending

Very chill yet uplifted. Eases fatigue and a headache. Subtle but effective. No anxiety, instead a comfort caused by euphoria numbs the headache I had. Doesn't mess with productivity...other than making me write this review when I should be working ;-) More on this later. I have a feeling this will be my new daytime favorite. It tastes yummy too, like roasted Ghost OG.

Flo # 1 from LivWell Dense Dark Green Buds with a LARGE sized refined sugar coating Short yellow-orange hairs dominated by fat sugar crystals Aroma is technically on the Forest side with green leaves and brown leaves and a hint of wood in the background Pinched between 2 fingers it releases a Cap'n Crunch Cereal smell and later a wet leaves/wet dog smell like WhiteFireOG Inhale is better than average Spring/Summer-y slanted High is disappointing from a looking to get stoned point of view You almost wonder if you need to smoke more just to feel something I'm guessing this is less that 20% THC and around 15% or less I guess I can recommend this to rookies because it is mild but I personally can recommend better overall strains to rookies so... I'm not sure who this is for I guess if you have to fulfill a truth or dare, dare, and the dare requires grandma smoking a spliff Then maybe Flo is a way to go easy on her Rec Patients: Don't waste your money on this strain unless you are onboard with it not being very potent high and you prefer "In control" highs Med Patients: The Pros are a very functional high, no blurry vision, no bug out factor, so this strain is better suited for Med Patients who need some medicine without unnecessary distractions or weirdness The OBVIOUS choice is for me to say that this strain is best used as "old people weed" (no offense) I mean that it's much safer than giving them a more potent strain that could make them dizzy and fall With this they can smoke and then continue doing their day without affecting their vision or balance LivWell Med patients will prefer: Blurple, LBS Bananas, 303 Kush etc LivWell Rec patients will go with: Alien Inferno, Cali Kush, TxBP etc All Strains have different meds for different situations This one is best suited as a functional mild high for patients too sensitive to THC in moderate to large doses or who simply have stuff to do and can't go to Wonderland just yet Doesn't make my top 25 strains but I won't discourage it's medicinal uses because functional / clear headed stones do have legit uses for lots of people who may otherwise be turned off to MMJ To them some strains cause negative emotions or reactions This strain might be acceptable to them So I'm encouraging it's Medicinal benefits for millions But I'm realistic about Rec users looking for more powerful hits
