I like the strain from the beginning but ends up little worried and thinking deeply. If you are expecting to uplift you will see, it’s quite exaggerated by rates

I want to preface this by saying that I have a high tolerance to THC. I enjoy partaking in concentrates and try to keep myself uplifted for most of the day. That being said, I really enjoyed this cartridge of Gelato from Curaleaf BUT I have to say that I blew through it a lot more quickly than I would have liked. In my state, they do not produce 1000mg cartridges, so I opted to buy the 500mg size (going through it all in about a week). I have never smoked Gelato flower, but I have to say that the flavor I got out of this cartridge was true to the descriptions I have read of Gelato bud. Upon inhalation, I got a really nice peppery hit along with a citrus aftertaste. A moment after exhaling, the flavor of bitterness stuck in my mouth, as if I had just taken a swig of a nice balanced IPA (a bit of citrus lingers but the hoppy flavor is what prevails). Immediately upon smoking, I feel a nice focus. It seems like a clean head focus that is not pharmaceutical and is extremely natural. The best way to put it is that upon taking a few rips from this cartridge, I feel like I can dive into my work. I suffer from moderate to severe anxiety but this strain definitely helps me feel normal and relaxed. After working for a bit, I feel the high creep into my body. My shoulders relax, the pain in my lower back becomes unpronounceable, and overall my body is overcome with a bit of a warmness. There is the general issue of dry mouth and dry eyes but some eye drops and a nice big glass of water later and those side effects are already forgotten. Overall, my body and mind feel very relaxed after consuming this strain! Hopefully, this review is helpful for others that want to try Gelato!

This was enjoyable but extremely euphoric. Stupid, smile for no reason, euphoric. I wanted to get things done but I was lost more in the idea of doing things than the actual doing of them. Carefree is what I am reaching for. I was REALLY good at video games though. I did not find the focus that others seemed to find with this one. I wanted to play more than work. A nice crisp taste...for a day playing...It felt a bit heavy handed on the indica, for my taste.

I was out smoking in the park and got so many compliments on the smell. Def a favorite.

Bomb, good ass mood

Got some of this and was told it’ll feel like a small hit but it’ll get me high as shit. This stuff is so potent. Was true as well. It hit small and I tried a bit more. Then I felt it quick. I have never been so god damn high before by so little as well. My eyes have never gotten that red before either. Strong smell too.

First thing to notice about Gelato is how crystals the trichomes are, the vibrant orange and white fingers reaching out of the dense bud. Really nice flavor when smoking a noticeable sweet taste with a dash of citrus. The high itself is really clear, not as hazy as I remember cookie strains to be. Laser focused in writing this review, doing the dishes, and the college football game. The description on Leafly says it helps insomnia yet I feel rather energized, it may just be me, but something to take into consideration
