She starts with a very gentle head high as you become relaxed. Your head gets slightly heavier and you feel any anxiety disappear. The line between sound and the silence behind it becomes very fine as sounds grow more defined. You become more thoughtful, ideas flowing into a very creative state of mind. The high moves gently down into your body and cuddles you. Colors become more pronounced. The time between turning your head and your vision following grows slightly longer making things a bit trippy. You feel delighted and content. Definitely more amused. You become fully relaxed but not tired at all. (Unless you’re already decently tired from the The day.) Time slows down and 30 minutes becomes 45-60... The high slowly drops off over the next couple hours leaving the mind and body fully awake and relaxed. You feel awake but like you could easily fall asleep.
