My first CBD strain. Bought a ½oz for $24 on Amazon. Now I know why it's called lifter, very uplifting and euphoric.

A relaxed lifting smoke for clearheaded work or play. Half a bowl and I'm feeling a moderate excitement (a mild physical excitement in the chest) for whatever I choose to do with my evening. Very aptly named!

full body relaxation, no overwhelming thoughts, and able to keep up with conversation. this is how I like it personally.

The first time I smoked this strain I didn't feel much of anything but after the 2nd Lifter smoke session I definitely started feeling the effects it was named after. I get a nice calm and slightly euphoric uplifting feeling and mood improvement. The ounce I ordered from Plain Jane was tested to have an 18.21% CBD level. I really prefer these more energizing CBD Hemp flower strains mostly due to the fact I have Sleep Apnea and often times feel drowsy during the day. I'm also prescribed Provigil and Lifter potentiates the effects of Provigil and makes it work better but at the same time it reduces some of the nervous inducing side effects of the medication. A great strain with very dense nugs!

This is my “go to” daytime strain. Helps with anxiety. Feelings are happiness, uplifting and calming I’m sensitive to THC so this is perfect for me. No feelings of paranoia at all.
