I would definitely consider Mendo Purps to be a medicinal strain. Super relaxing, it felt like the muscles in my face literally let go simultaneously. This strain is great for reducing inflammation. I really believe that it might actually be better than an NSAID/anti inflammatory medication, muscle relaxer; even most OTC and prescription pain relievers, as well as medications specifically prescribed for nerve pain. It completely took a away my migraine, which I get frequently. My acute shoulder pain and back pain also went away, as well as my other chronic pain caused by my autoimmune disease. Even my husband’s nerve pain was completely reduced. In addition, Mendo Purps helps relieve anxiety and depression. This is a great strain to help with ADD/ADHD symptoms. I feel alert, focused, motivated; uplifted, social and content. It can also inspire a person’s creative and spiritual side.
Personally, this strain reminds me of a mixture of Pineapple Express, Purple Panty Dropper and Sour Jack, even a bit of Jack Herer. Definitely worth trying! It’s a well-rounded strain for sure!
Thank you!

This strain makes me giggly and relaxed. It really helps calm my anxiety
Oldie but a goody of a nighttime strain. The pheno had a pungent earthy grape smell. Smoked from double disc perc blubber and the grape flavor really came across nicely along with with hints of caramel and pepper. Euphoric relaxing high kicks in within a few minutes with the body relaxation coming on a little more slowly.
Smoked one bowl with two other people and I was baked! Smells great and smokes great. The buds look like kush. They are really dark with red hairs and purple leafs. One of my favorites.

i mostly smoke to help my anxiety and depression. unfortunately for me, this strain made everything worse. i felt angry, VERY suicidal and had bad headaches after each time i smoked this. yes i know, very odd and strange. i’m confused too.
A bud that helped me cure my bulimia, it will always have a special spot in my heart. It's a good stand-by if you need a flower which will kick nausea in the ass and stimulate an appetite. Smooth and sweet, easy on the lungs regardless of how it's smoked.

I’ve had this cut of MP for about a week now. This has to be one of the most purple leaf, and orange haired buds I’ve ever seen. Smell and taste is a grapey, caramel flavor, very smooth. Very “stony” and sedating. Got this cut from Nature’s Wonder in AJ. I will be getting more of this in the future.
I bought an eighth of this strain, sold to me as "The Purps," when it was the "Bowl of the Day" at Beaver Bowls. The nugs were small, fruity smelling and dense -- about four to the gram.
Very strong berry / grapey taste, which I enjoyed. I've smoked three .5 to .6 gram joints so far, and the effects are strongly indica. There's very little, if any, head high; just a mellow sense of well-being combined with full body relaxation.
It's not a strongly sedating high like Kosher Kush or Jager. I've smoked this in the afternoon, and just felt pleasantly chilled out. If you want to go to sleep, this will certainly help you along the way, but, unlike other indicas, it won't boot you toward slumberland with a swift kick in the ass .
A very nice strain that I'll want to pick up again. Recommended!
