Ionic black vape cartridge. skunky!!! took some time to get past the extremely strong flavor. earthy, skunky, a bit funky. medium harsh. FANTASTIC HIGH!!! warm fuzzy, tingles, GIGGLES and eventually a nice easy body melt and sleepiness. Not something that gave me munchies. One of my top two regulars for dosing anxiety and stress. Great for those of us who need a strain that really focuses on blocking those uneasy feelings and making the day more bearable.....

Had quite the pleasant time with this one. A buddy of mine gets top notch weed, and loves to share. He said this was one of his favorites and I can completely see why. Enjoyable and smooth, and just leaves you wanting more. Can't go wrong with this one.

5 stars is for 1991-1992. The true original came around my area from a beautiful girl named 'Eva' that traveled to Amsterdam. She brought back seeds, she grew them in a farm field in mid-Illinois. Some of the most psychedelic, all-consuming weeds I have ever smoked. These days NL is just a remnant. The genetics are so faded, you might as well look elsewhere - but you won't ever find a high like 1991 NL5, you just won't - it's gone forever.

I work for a dispensary and recently picked this strain up. After reading about it I knew I had to try it as soon as I could get my hands on it. Well I was not disappointed, I picked up a 0.5 gram cart and used a yocan wulf mod to smoke it and it was the smoothest cart I have ever had. I took one hit from it and was instantly relaxed, uplifted, and happy. I did get a slight peppery diesel taste at the end but it's totally worth it. It left my body feeling warm with a slight buzzing sensation that is fantastic after a long day. I highly suggest that if you can get this strain don't pass it up.

Ahh...yes, the Christmas Bud. Every year of my youth hippies would take turns driving to BC to pick up this strain, and now I remember why. This is dank personified. I'm vaping 3 different flowers right now, Northern Lights, Platinum OG Koffee, and Grape Lime Rickey, when I want to forget everything, and have the most numbing experience, it's Northern Lights, this incredible Firelands Scientific growth will hit you upside the head. The buds still look like pine needles, smell of pine, and taste of the cold wilderness. What a high. P.S. everyone else's reviews are exactly right, the best, the original, the Northern Lights, sky high😎.

This is my go-to strain for end-of-day during the work week. It tends to be a creeper that can hit hard, but I find an hour or so in, it levels off into a balance of head and body rush. The high is pretty soaring and exceptional, but honestly I really appreciate how the next day I'm both clear headed and very mellow, as NL soothes away a lot of the day's irritations. I adore this strain and am proud to use it in my user name here on leafly!
