No one yet has commented on this bud’s beautiful bouquet of smell. Inhaling it tastes like taking in various flowers. Like lavender or rose. I would smoke it again just based on this factor. It’s like inhaling perfume, but in a far more pleasant way. It’s like if you could just get the essence of the components of perfumes without the chemicals. I took the world’s smallest two hits because of how much people say this is a “hard hitter”. I would def have to agree with them seeing as to how stoned I have felt off of just these two small hits. Baby step it is all I have to say to new comers. And yes, the high kind of crept up on me like others said. So take it slow! This will definitely seal you to where ever you chose to sit. But not because you feel like gravity is gluing you to the spot but because of how sleepy it will make you. I have found that long after the “climax” of the high I have been just having a really nice body buzz. I feel the Afghani roots kickin’ in. I feel very relaxed and sleepy. And, for me at least, I don’t really have munchies. My hope is this strain makes me sleep like the dead. Com’mon heavy hitter! Knock me the f*ck out! I will definitely be searching this strain out when I run out. I think every stoner should try this strain at least once. Put it on your stoner bucket list already!

Got this in a pre-roll at my local dispensary. Not gonna lie, it was the name. I figured that being out under the stars would be fitting for Northern lights. And man, it did not let me down. Waves of euphoria and calm bliss. What a perfect campfire cannabis. I felt this mainly in my body and not in my head, which i liked. I felt that I could keep up with a conversation and not get tangled up in my words. And enjoy the sights and sounds of the out doors. And my sleep was very deep.

Ionic black vape cartridge. skunky!!! took some time to get past the extremely strong flavor. earthy, skunky, a bit funky. medium harsh. FANTASTIC HIGH!!! warm fuzzy, tingles, GIGGLES and eventually a nice easy body melt and sleepiness. Not something that gave me munchies. One of my top two regulars for dosing anxiety and stress. Great for those of us who need a strain that really focuses on blocking those uneasy feelings and making the day more bearable.....

I'm a budtender who recommends this strain to any of my customers who have issues with sleep. Whether it's insomnia, or my sleep paralysis i developed during my years in the service, this strain is some serious knockout and my saving's grace. I love the hashy blueberry flavor, and it smells like a fresh bouquet from a sunday morning market. This isn't the hardest, gravity heavy feeling indica, but it is the sleepiest strain imo. Such a light fluffly flower thats super smooth to smoke. Not much stopping power, she's a creeper, relaxation and zen headspace follows over the first few minutes. If i smoke northern lights, im asleep in the next two hours whether i want to or not.

5 stars is for 1991-1992. The true original came around my area from a beautiful girl named 'Eva' that traveled to Amsterdam. She brought back seeds, she grew them in a farm field in mid-Illinois. Some of the most psychedelic, all-consuming weeds I have ever smoked. These days NL is just a remnant. The genetics are so faded, you might as well look elsewhere - but you won't ever find a high like 1991 NL5, you just won't - it's gone forever.
