When grown right this strain has all the elements of a true medicinal cali OG, combined with a truly original flavor that must be experienced to understand. The flavor is kush dominant with earthy minty aftertones that somehow never overtake eachother. As you begin to smoke you will notice the incredible smoothness of the mint and then the minimally expansive smoke will caress your brain and body equally with soothing waves of metaphysical bliss. If you can, get some from a reputable dispensary that uses minimal chemicals in production please do. The subtle mint flavor will disappear with a nasty grow ethic. It needs living care to insure the final product is worth it. Lots of cheap nasty attempts in Denver dispensarys. Personal reccomendation, Pink House in Denver can't be beat on it in rado.

I would NOT recommend this strain to people that have high levels of anxiety. I’ve smoked this strain all of twice in my life, and each time within minutes of consumption my heart begins to palpitate and it sends me into a frenzy of panic. My time perception is disorientated, as well as my sense of touch and sight. This strain is probably the biggest reason I stopped smoking, even after being a heavy, daily pot-head. My pulse reached around 190-200BPM, and it was not a fun thing to live through. This strain, quite literally, made me feel like I was going to die. However, later on I did some research and asked around to some friends, and I discovered that this is a common effect from GSC. GSC is a hybrid strain consisting of Durban Poison and OG Kush. The only thing I could narrow this down to, that lead to my initial freak out, was the Durban Poison. I considered this because I’ve always been a heavy smoker of OG Kush, and I’ve never smoked Durban Poison before GSC. Turns out, I was right. I’m not saying that this strain freaks out everyone.. but know your strains, kids! Happy smoking.

Picked up a half ounce of this from my local Rec shop, courtesy of Seattle's Private reserve. And it's hands down top notch primo cookies fire, although it didn't carry as much of that "indistinguishable" cookies smell/aroma/taste that I was lookin for it was still there and defiantly very potent and I will sure be enjoying the rest. :) :)
