The quality of NSM is amazing! I never would order anything online in the past, without seeing or smelling it first... but I have been impressed and blessed everytime.
The staff was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered. I was disappointed there were no edibles when I visited but I was satisfied with the flower that was recommended.
First time I went was about three weeks ago. Didn’t know you had to order online, security guard was very nice and gave me directions on how to place the order. There was only one flaw in the entire visit. It was very load and the workers were quite. Made it worse when I couldn’t read their lips since they had a mask. All in all, I will continue to go here, I’ve encountered two different security guards so far and both are VERY kind.
Just got back home in Van Buren after making the round trip to Acanza. Normally, the product is a little over weight to make up for the stems. Today is the first time I bought a quarter. Weighed it when I got home and the 7 gram package weighed 6.8. I know it’s a small amount, but I always hate getting shorted.

they will charge your debit card the closest rounded number without telling you while also failing to mention the debit card fee.
I’ve been going to Acanza since they opened and I got the Collin og and it was horrible it would not burn or catch fire, all it did was turn black. I’ve called the dispensary many times to try and resolve the situation and idk if Im the only one having this problem but they did not help resolve my situation at all, very disappointed.
You have be really careful. Always check what you’re getting from them. They will slip you a product that’s significantly less potent than what you ordered and came in for. Ozark Creek Dispensary was really bad about that. The flower is often dried out to the point of being powdery, also. They really could be doing better with product quality.
Staff sometimes seems like you’re inconveniencing them, depends on whose working. I don’t like work either, but thats not a good reason to be rude. Also, the bud is sometimes pretty dry and just falls apart. I’d rather not pay a premium for medical flower if it’s crap. Acanza is slightly cheaper than other places, but purspirit and Ozark are more consistent with their quality.
I stopped by Acanza today, and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff were really cool, super welcoming, and helpful. It's a really nice setup... very professional, but singer friendly at the same time if that makes any sense. The wait was really short. It was less than 5 minute's, I'd say. I can't wait for their menu to expand, but I was stoked with the variety they had f'd the opening weekend. The containers they store product in are awesome. They've got these vent sealable vent hole's, with a built in magnifying glass on the top too. That helped my bad eyesight A TON! The price's aren't bad at all either. I got five different strain's. The only one I wasn't too impressed with was blue dream, but I think it's just my personal preference. I'll definitely be a frequent flyer...😉 (See what I did there)
Morgan, Kayla, and Lori are so knowledgeable about their stuff, about the products, their effects on your body, how to read your receipt and encourage you to go outside the “Commerce City/OG Kush” box of “If it’s higher in THC, it must be better.”
Make sure your first two trips to Acanza, you ask to see any of those three if you’re a newbie to medicinal cannabis.
It is a pain when I get there and they are out of stock on something(like edibles this weekend). But we have like two dispensaries for thousands of people. Not Acanza’s fault that they’re so well liked.

Very professional staff. The staff is very nice and helpful. The dispensary is clean and easy to use. Brandy is a very good worker and very polite to everyone. It's in a very good place
