Overall a great business. However, their budtender Samuel E is horrible at customer service. He does not show you what product you ordered or count your change back to you. He is rude and seems unhappy to be working. Find a better employee!
I like this place and the staff. They are there to get you in, processed, and out the door in half the time of other dispensaries. The downside to that is I am afraid that older patients or inexperienced patients might feel rushed or uncredited for by the efficiency of Acanza. One other issue is that I dislike feeling like a criminal when armed security inspects my bag when I leave. I thought I was finished feeling like a criminal for this.
Great location, easy to get to off the expressway. exit 67a. Thanks y'all had a little problem, Eric was quick to remedy. Mimosas is a good lower tier. (harvested on my birthday, might be why) Will definitely be returning.

I absolutely LOVE Everything about Acanza Health Group! It smells amazing when you walk in, and Everyone is So nice and helpful. One of my favorite dispensaries❣‼️💜🥰

Super mellow, friendly, and welcoming staff here, unlike some other dispensaries I've been to where they treat you like you're less than and hurry it up, or like they're Fort Knox and you have to get through layers of "security" to even see their precious goods! Definitely great deals and good people make shopping way more pleasant.
I love this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I do wish that they'd switch to glass jars for storing it in. Also I want some really good deals.
Not always a big selection of products, but they will be cultivating soon so that should change! Very nice staff, and always willing to help educate me on products and strains for exact needs of me, which helps me tremendously when I use certain strains!
Need more product and to keep menu updated more often. It sucks missing out on Strains or driving to get a strain that’s on the menu only to find out it’s been sold out for a few hours.
Quality of product is a hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get flower that was harvested in August and its dry and super harsh. Other times you'll get stuff that is fire. Just depends. Sometimes you'll get flower that is mostly stem, sometimes it's all bud. Definitely not consistent. Regarding service. Love the security guard that's always there. Greets you with a smile every time and truly feels like he enjoys his job. There is one woman who works ar the front window and has been there almost every time I come in that is not helpful, won't look at you, won't smile, rolls her eyes. BUT everyone in the back has always been wonderful, so helpful and so informative. Atmosphere is what you would expect, perfectly okay. Clean. Not all white. Comfortable seating.
The line moves quickly, security is always friendly and helpful, the staff are awesome and knowledgeable. I've yet to have a negative experience. Thank you Acanza.
The Guy's were Professional as usual! I just love to come and see these folks from Missouri it is always a pleasant experience and we do not mind the 90 mile drive one way. Acanza is always a great place to buy such awesome souls here!
