My first time here was great. I was mainly concerned about the quality of the products and I was very pleased. I have been purchasing flowers at 2 other dispenseries with little satisfaction. The quality on their bargain products is terrible. Acanza is my new stop. Thanks guys for treating people fairly and not ripping them off. Keep up the great work. 5 stars on the quality.

Always a short wait and staff is knowledgeable , Friendly, and welcoming. I’ve used all four dispensaries in Northwest Arkansas and they are the beez-neez.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. I did get very upset when I ordered on line and when I go to pick up they did not honor the price that was on website. I even questioned them about it. I was offered a 20% discount on any day thru the week, but unfortunately that doesn’t add up for the difference in what they advertised and what I was charged. Very disappointed.
This place was able to compete with Colorado with their cultivation process. I got a zip of top shelf bud. I got a 1/2 zip of purple punch (high dominant indica) and a 1/2 zip of sour diesel (high dominant sativa) and smoked a joint of purple punch last night and was able to have my best sleep in years. Little pricey but I guess that’s because I have lived in Colorado.
I’ve reviewed this place a few times and every time the atmosphere is different sometimes comfortable and sometimes strict. Store and staff were great but the customers WOW.... not the place to start an argument especially political. Had an elderly man wearing a mask ask a young 20 something lady who stood right next to him where her mask was and she flipped. He didn’t handle her reaction well but he simply wondered cause she basically stood right on him making the point “well we’re outside dude, and it’s a fake virus anyway.” Needless to say both of their colors and political views showed in front of everyone. Wear one don’t wear one it’s your ultimate choice but other people and their dealings are not your business. The guard could have diffused the situation if he kept between the lobby and outside.
Out of the three dispensaries that have first opened up in NWA, this dispensary should be ranked second place. The interior was very appealing to the eye and clean. The operations were quick & smooth and the staff was VERY kind!! But you don’t get to see your product at all here. The OTHER dispensary that I believe should be in first place, doesn’t have the nicest interior or building but has an extremely kind and knowledgeable staff that gives you exactly what you want. They have their product in jars so you can see exactly what you are buying. You can pick the exact piece of the product you like and know what you’re going home with. Acanza has pre packaged product.
two of the employees there have gone above and beyond. Samuel and Tara have shown exceptional customer service and public relations even through this covid pandemic. they are a big reason on why I keep going back.
First let me just thank you. You guys are great. This was my third visit. I suffered an anxiety attack my first two visits, but the staff took care of me in a professional manner. The guards at the door, and other staff are friendly, helpful, and do a great job. My experiences have been great. Again, thank you guys. You provide great service.
Acanza has been my got to, #1 shopping place since I got my card 2 years ago. My service is always great but after loosing my CNP due to new owners Im very disappointed. I'll have to definitely start shopping around for prices! SO BUMMED!
Best prices in NWA. Makes sense why their stock can be low sometimes. It’s the one place in the area priced correctly and people stock up here. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well.
I had a good experience. They offered to laminate my paper printed card which was nice. I ordered online and was in and out in less than 10 minutes and this was my first time. My only concern would be the taxes. The tax rate I am told should be 10.5% but I was taxed $27.50 on a $200.00 order. This works out to a tax rate of 13.75%. I would be interested to hear the explanation for the difference.
I liked everything about my experience at acanza and have used them several times. They have some of the fairest prices than the Benton County dispensaries. My only complaint is that I wish they had more options as far as their products go. I love the oil cartridges and they only ever have a few options where as the other dispensaries usually have over 20 at least. The staff is super friendly and the pickup option is very convenient. Hopefully they’ll start to stock up on more products and options as they grow.
