Great product but them girls in the express line phone Service are so rude!! No help at all!!

Bought an indica and hybrid flower as well as hash. All had a faint odor mildew or mold. Very unimpressed and disappointed... won’t go back...

My main problem was Atmosphere, because other customers are very disrespectful.

First time I was there lady at the counter was rude.

Usually I have an extremely good time at this dispensary. But the last time I went in i drove 3.5 hours and I bought 15 grams of wax and I asked for 10 indica 5 hybrids. I left the dispensary with 1 indica and 14 hybrids. It’s just extremely frustrating spending a bunch of money on medication for it to not even be correct. Due to COVID I was just trying to get out of the dispensary as quickly as possible for the workers safety and mine. Hence why I felt rushed and didn’t check before leaving. They also didn’t show me everything I got before leaving. I use indica strictly for pain, anxiety and to help with insomnia. I’m very disappointed with what happened. Definitely won’t be making a trip just for this dispensary again.

product quality sucks went in tonight and picked up two copperstate carts when I got home an opened my bag I saw that both where carts from December an november of 2020 aside from dates they are half way filled totally not worth the 35 dollars its basically a half of a half gram not worth the trip

got an half ounce of ghost train haze and had 11 grams of sugar leaves. disappointing.

The girl working the window yesterday, 3/16, was extremely rude about scanning my card and checking me in.

quality of goods are fine. but their service sucks. They were rude. preorder and walkinshaw get priority and you still wait an hour. Did I mention rude?

$15 for a gram of shatter is a great deal! But beware, I bought 9 grams and three of them were short. They weighed .88, .89 & .91 the rest were good. They need to do a better job of ensuring patients are getting what they are paying for.

Unfriendly staff , over priced meds

Bought (2) 1/2 OZs of what was labeled as shake. Trim would be more appropriate label as there was a lot of small stems and leaves that required much effort to clean to make smokeable. Have purchased shake from many other dispensaries and the product was shake that required no cleaning to smoke. I would relabel your product as "trim" Patients were using same path for entry and exit which did not allow for social distancing between patients. Patients asked to use pencils to fill out order that are reused (possible vector point)

Use to have the greatest deals on Shatter as well as Branded Shatter. They never answer the phone as of late & have gone ghost with all of their previous deals that they use to have completely. No emails or texts ever about any deal that they use to have. Avoid at all costs, they only care about the $.

Been here only 3 times and every time a long wait, can't help that. The last time i ordered to pick up. still waited as long as i would have if i went to the back for budtender. Don't think I'll be returning.

Terrible customer service. The express is not even close to express, people were waiting less time to go in the back. Then the order was wrong so I informed the lady and she proceeded to tell me she knows it’s right because she was the one that talked to me one the phone (rudely). I let Alicia know it was an online order and I did not speak to her or anyone else. They need a better system for the express and better employees.

Bad quality and long wait time

Every time I try and call in a phone order not one time has my call been answered. It’s seriously annoying having to try and figure out how to order this online and I like to call. It’s easier. But this place is horrible with customer service. And I mean horrible.

The shatter is super clear but burns black and has a very nasty taste. I bought 5 different strains for shatter and 1 crumble. Do not buy, not worth it. Not one had it's own distinctive smell or taste. I would definitely not waste your money on their concentrates. Also I tried the flower and that is a different story. The aroma was pungent and smoked very smoothly. So how can you have awesome flower but crap concentrates?

They discriminate in the name of policy. Took our money & made me wait outside, well a white couple had the luxury to stand next to each other happily purchasing for recreational use. Mind you, the hubby & I are both MMMCH I would have let this go again, but I seen they were walking out in front of my husband with their one bag from their one purchase?!Never getting our money ever AGAIN! NO MORE DISCRIMINATION! I'm Hispanic . So disappointed in them.

Flower was really dry gonna give them one last try. Fingers crossed

I quickly remember why I avoid this place, I do appreciate your efforts with the covid-19, however the lady outside acts like we are at a club. Her music is very loud, therefore her conversations are loud and the privacy of someone's interaction is now on the streets of glendale. Her lack of professionalism is going to prevent me from coming back.

quality wasnt an issue. no point calling or placing an online order, everyone waits in the same line and doesn't go faster for any option. stand outside in a long line then go inside to sit and wait longer. they are doing what they can with the pandemic going on I understand, but likely wont be back till things to back to normal.
